Easy, straight forward, uncomplicated - just ideal

Made a quick call to Luis at Canterbury paintball, nice and easy clear information very helpful, been here before staff and marshalls were amazing highly recommend their location

A mixed day out. The process of booking was straightforward, Andrew was helpful and they were proactive in making sure all booked in time. They were happy to answer questions.

Our session (South Manchester/Macclesfield), was mediocre. We were the 12:30pm to 3:30pm session. We arrived at 12:15, and given the disorganisation it took until 1:50pm/2pm until we actually went out. We were upsold the packs with upgraded guns and shields, but we were not proactively given shields, or the gloves. This cost us an extra £60 each.

There were about 40 people in total, three separate groups. We all thought we were waiting for each other, but instead we were all mixed up and put into groups with people we didn't know.

The games were good and up to a decent standard. However, the lack of kit such as decent quality overalls, or masks, made it very painful to play if you got hit on the head - which wasn't remotely discouraged.

There was no food on site, despite the fact we were texted the day before to tell us the food options. So, we were only able to purchase drinks. The food was cancelled as "it was wet", despite the fact there was no rainfall during the entire 5 hour window.

We were told we would get free paintballs if you left a "genuine and honest" review, so we did. That gives a very inflated review score for Google.

The main marshal was enthused about his job which was good and very engaged. There were two other assistants at each respawn base, they were miserable, especially the woman who would not speak and just shove a cloth at you sometimes. The other guy was fine. There was another marshal who seemed grumpy but was at least engaged in the day.

I don't think we'll go back again.

We had a great experience for my son’s birthday. The staff were patient and made my son’s bday experience an amazing one. All staff were incredibly helpful, professional but also personable, and went above and beyond.

Very excited for our family outing. Lewis was very nice and helpful in helping me get our booking sorted. He provided flexibility and was understanding in giving me time to get through the entire family to confirm the booking. He called back when he said he would, made the booking process easy when it came to it.

Great booking process with Andrew. Very kind and accomodating, with super quick response times.

Haven’t had the actual paintball session yet but had to give a 5 star review now on the customer service pre booking. Absolutely amazing customer service. Andrew was brilliant, promptly, efficiently and kindly answering all questions.

I spent two much money on this.I didn’t know I had to buy separately paintball ammunition there was no any information about that and I spent another extra £150 and the entrance was £12

I received a voucher for a day of paintball from ukpaintball for my birthday. The service I received was amazing, the person I spoke to when I called to book the activity was very friendly and got my session booked within 10-15mins. I would highly recommend trying out ukpaintball and I will definitely be booking with them again in the future.

Really bad.
Went for my daughters birthday had a mixture of children and adults.was put against a stag do who all swapped teams leaving the to shoot hell out of children.when my son questioned it(who is 11 by the was) was just told to just get on with it.h3 was rude.really bad dont bother with them if you have children.was told just to go then.bad bad avoid

He was friendly and easy to talk to. Made the process of booking easier and explained extra things like how many paintball he recommends us to get. In summary he provided great customer service
