Our windows were over 20 years old and they were horrendous and drafty. drafty enough to make the blinds move. We are also leasehold and must abide to a style in keeping with the block. Lee was honest and open about all parts of his process. Lee takes extreme pride in his workmanship and his knowledge. He was utter relentless in making sure our windows were perfect. We had sample after sample of window coloring to match our styling. He always always found the time to talk and reassure us. The main hold up was with the management company. Lee provide all the documentation that we need instantaneously.

Now to the actual day of install. Lee's workmen turned up at an a appropriate time. As we live in a block of flats it was important not to disturb our neighbors too much. they were considerate and cleaned and cleared away the mess from all the communal spaces. they worked smart and hard. They were respectful of our property and more important of us **especially in the COVID world** They cleaned and sanitized all sections were they worked once they had completed a task.

Lee return three times during the install day to check up on us and the progress. He was genuinely attentive and caring to our cause

Lee was an extremely helpful and honest salesman and when we came to having the work done the installers were hardworking, polite and tidy; completing the job on time to a very high standard. All in all we were chuffed with the work, price and experience. Highly recommended!

Have used UK Home Solutions for the 2nd time for our windows/bi-fold doors and front door. Lee is great and we wouldn’t go with anyone else. Polite and friendly and got the job done quickly and earlier than the original fit date given.

Had a broken window in my kitchen which was double glazed, spoke to Lee, came round gave me a reasonable price, so as I had some blown glazed units I got a quote for them as well, all fixed I'm more than happy with this company excellent communication skills, done the work really happy could not recommend enough.

Just had a brand new front door fitted by UK Home Solutions and we are so pleased with it. Can’t stop walking past and staring at it lol makes such a difference to the inside and outside of our home. Can’t recommend this company more highly, they are professional, friendly and polite with an exceptionally high quality finish and workmanship. We are now looking into having our windows replaced. You’d be silly not to get a quote from them as you won’t be disappointed!

To start with I would like to thank Lee and his team, Ray and Simon (the window fitters) for a great service from start to finish.

When selecting a window company you'll no doubt call out companies like Everest, Crystal's and alike. We initially did this and was suprised at how salesy those companies are. Suprisingly this was even after telling those companies before they came out to our Home that we didn't want to sign up on the day. On the day however they applied an uncomfortable amount of pressure to try and seal a deal.

UK Home solutions (Lee) is very opposite to this. Lee was the last person we saw that quoted us. We'd spent sometime before making a decision before instructing a company and what we liked about Lee was that he listened.

Lee spent a good amount of time asking what we wanted, why, went through all the options of different types of windows and spoke really highly about his team.

Lee gave us one price, not like others that started at double the price that within 20 minutes halved. The price that Lee presented was around the same that the other companies went down to after weeks of calling us after the event.

When the works started Ray and Simon his window fitters attended, are a good laugh. Very experienced and are very tidy. Really nice people, you can tell when someone's genuine right, and they really are.

Even during the lockdown Lee managed ro deliver within the timeframes he set. Lee kept us regularly updated before works started and over the few days works commenced Lee kept in touch to ask if we had any questions.

I apologise for the length of this review, thats if you've read this far and not been bored but I write this to encourage others, like us, whom are looking for a good company to help them. Youll be really pleased with Lee and his team.

The quality of the door we have installed is great and we are really happy with the finish.

I had a flat roof, all guttering and soffits replaced as well as a patio door, front door and large window to the rear all replaced to a very good standard and a good price to match.
So it was a NO BRAINIER that when I was ready to replace both bay windows at the front and a bedroom window I’d call UK Solutions again.
Lee again called and measured up and listened to our requirements, went into great detail and then quoted a very reasonable price and an agreement was signed all completed professionally.
The fitters Ray and Simon who I’ve met before turned up on Tuesday and yesterday and completed the installation to a great standard.
They placed dusted sheets throughout, discussed the days plan and basically got on with their work, two great guy’s.
I strongly recommend UK Solutions to all of you thinking of getting your windows, doors, flat roofs, soffits and guttering replaced.

Lee explained everything to us so we understood. Quote was well within our budget. Team turned up as arranged. Social distanced. Work was as agreed. Very happy with Lee and his team. Highly recommended.

We had 5 quotes for doors and decided to go with home solutions. Lee gave us the quote and was very professional and helpful. Delivery took longer than usual but that’s down to the world at the moment. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family

We had three quotes to replace all the windows in the house. UK Home Solutions were the only ones to explain both the current Government grant scheme, HiPP cover as well as giving a competitive quote without a hard sell.
Lee was in regular contact from when we placed our order until the windows had been fitted.
The two window fitters Ray and Simon were great, giving a daily briefing on how they had got on and what they planned for the following day. Every day they ensured everything was covered with dust sheets and cleaned up at the end of each day to a high standard.
I’m very happy with my windows, the service provided and would recommend this company.

Just had UK Home Solutions install my bifold doors and am really pleased with them. Found them to be polite professional perfectionists and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Have now ordered a new front door!

I have used this company for fascias and soffits, windows and doors.

Fascias and soffits:

Arrived on time and were polite.

Didn't sheet or protect any surfaces. Threw materials from the gantry marking the block paving.

Didn't work in accordance with HSE policy regarding asbestos cement - left a lot of debris and washed the rest into the garden.

Worker urinated in the garden (in the middle of a pandemic)

Eventually, after Lee Bishop retuning to the property with a couple of "experts" the drive and patio were jet washed. They also jet washed paint off the outside wall and, after trying to deny it, came and made good.

Windows and back door:

Arrived on time. Polite.

Very little sheeting up inside. Property left in a dirty state needing a significant amount of decoration and cleaning.

Several units dropped. 1 broken had to be changed later on.

Ruined blinds. Tried to deny responsibility. Eventually made partial payment.

Front door:

1st attempt to fit failed. The old unit and door was taken out then put back in. Left with draughts.

2nd attempt completed. Door looks second hand. Mastic finishing outside looks untidy, mastic inside split almost immediately, door is draughty - can see daylight through 1 section.

They did not attend on the day arranged to rectify but later that evening offered a salesman to come and rectify the job instead of the fitter....in the dark.

I am in the process of trying to reach a satisfactory agreement.

I have found the process with this company exhausting and unsatisfactory.

I have experienced aggressive language and projection. Not 1 element of the work has been carried out without stess, bad workmanship or aggravation.

I would not recommend or use again.

Edit: manufacturer has visited the property and agreed that doors and windows have not been fitted /finished correctly and are indeed draughty.

What an amazing team and service. We couldn't be more impressed and happy with the end result. Our house is transformed inside and outside. We are finally feeling warm and secure. Everything was done on time and delivered with high efficiency. Would definitely recommend you. Thanks a million for making our lifes so much easier and better.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Excellent value. We had new bi folds installed and one window in the kitchen diner and sealed units changed in 4 rooms. Lee and his team were professional and genuine throughout. When the bi folds were completed, Lee pointed out that there was a small dead fly inside one of the sealed units...bizarre to say the least. I would have never probably noticed it but Lee said he would get it change. True to his word the replacement was changed within a couple of weeks. I would highly recommend this company. Despite contending with lockdown and everything else 2020 has thrown at us, Lee and his team at UK Home Solutions really looked after us - from guiding us through the different designs for a new front door, through to keeping us informed and fitting it - the service and professionalism was exceptional throughout. Would wholeheartedly recommend.
