Efficient and friendly
Delivery of the LVT floors (for 2 double bedrooms) arrived on time during the week and were fitted by the weekend. Customer service, advice and fitting by James (or Gems) was friendly and efficient.
Also, the price was very competitive/ cheaper for a better quality floor (greater thickness) compared to a well known high street chain (T**i).

Bad salesman
To start with tried to get more money out off me .
1) explained I needed 12 boxes of product tried to sell approx 3 times more than I needed.
2) On website delivery was cheaper than the £45 he was trying to charge stating its on our terms and conditions if you stay in the Highlands of Scotland aye right pal .
3) Gave a quote which was just over £800 with his delivery .
4) On there website if you order is £799 or over you get free deliver .
5) So ordered one extra box taking order to £818 free delivery.
6) Ordered 13 boxes happy days .
7) Gave a delivery date which was happy with .
8) Had to send many emails to find who the courier was kept evading the answer finally found out .
9) Phoned the courier company direct and they were helpful Gave a better eta rather than salesman answer it's in terms 9 till 5 for delivery .
10) now the good news saved over £150 as if ordered from a local company they were charging £45 per sqm but this company charged £35 per sqm.
11) happy with product and price but salesman could have been a lot more helpful instead of trying to rip me off wanting more money .
