Wish I’d checked trust pilot before purchasing. I ordered a battery (yet to arrive) and a new charger, yes, falling for the UK and .co.uk website name so thinking a UK company. The charger arrived after 2 weeks, although not identical to the original one it looks right but on plugging in zero charging happened. On contacting customer service all I get is auto generated ’Your package has been shipped!’ replies over and over. I don’t dare fit the battery (if it arrives) in case it does irreparable damage to my otherwise perfect laptop. BUYER BEWARE. I shall contact Trading Standards to see if they can help. I purchased through PayPal so am hoping they might be able to help me get money back…

This is a chinese based business using a misleading website address that customers presume it is based in the UK. Their batteries are faked and they claim it is original product.
You will have to wait a month to get a faulty or corroded product if at all. Next you can't return the faulty product and you can't get a refund! Please avoid and buy from eBay or Amazon at least you can have a guaranteed return and refund.

Although the Company's business name is ukbatteriespc.co.uk.it is not based in the UK.but China, as I found out when I contacted them as I tried to Track my order and it stated not available and the delivery was late.I was told it was probally delayed due to the war. I had an email from James which stated once I received the product he would issue a return label and compensate for the delay. So I brought another one,as I couldn't wait any longer.Eventually I did receive the product and asked for a return label, to be told I had to pay for the shipping costs.I sent many emails, and also told There was no James at the Company. I realised I wouldn't get my refund if I sent the product back. As I just don't trust this Company. Be very careful, best not to use them.
