Parcel arrived
Parcel arrived, in good time, packaging had unfortunately come open and part was missing, with no hesitation the part was replaced and a nice apology was forth coming. remarkable service and happy to buy from these peeps always.

IMHO, they've been a very good company to deal with, especially in this trying time due to the pandemic :)

Embarrassingly bad company
Bought a crossbow and a set of bolts on Tuesday, had to email constantly for info on why my order hadn't been sent, then they said they didn't receive my proof of age that I emailed them as soon as I made my order.
After constantly emailing them they bothered to reply saying they were busy and they would dispatch the next day, they didn't. On Friday I received my crossbow, not the Wednesday that I paid for. On the crossbow box they had the cheek to write "bolts to follow asap".... Waited in all day Saturday for nothing, I give up.
The first and absolute last time I will use UK Archery Shop, avoid these jokers at all cost.
To the reply from them- I waited in all week after paying a tenner for next day delivery, you didn't tell me it wasn't coming just took the payment. I wasted an entire week because of your laziness and you even had a poor attitude via emails when I asked where my £160 worth of goods were.
So many better companies out there that I'll use instead.

Sorry 99% of customers are understanding about the severe delays from the far east which we kept you constantly updated on daily, sorry there is a virus shutting down factories and also causing shipping issues but you did get it...1 day late....thanks for your reply.
