My elderly cat absolutely loves this as it’s very palatable. He’s a fussy eater too but no problem giving him this supplement. Highly recommend this product and great service from the retailer too with very fast delivery time.

My Labrador has Stage 2 kidney disease and would no way take the tablets that were first prescribed to help with the phosphate problem. With this liquid it is no problem as I just syringe it into his mouth - he even licks his lips as he sees it coming!
In my opinion we have Pronefra to thank for our greyhound (who has kidney disease) still being with us and able to enjoy life. It binds the toxins her body cannot deal with so she is able to excrete them. We went from expecting her to die within days (if not hours) to her being back to her happy self. Pronefra is now an essential part of her daily medications. It's not cheap but it is undoubtedly worth every penny.
I came across Pronefra in 2020, when it was little known even to the vets, ours at least, who were very much surprised that my dog likes it, unlike some commonly used phosphorus binders. I used it since: after the surgeries, antibiotics or even flee drops - to detox and support my pets' kidneys. I use it now, for my ageing cat, a course of Pronefra 2-3 times a year - as prophylactic kidney support, and it is always the most favourite part of his meal, lol. Thank you for a wonderful product, incorporating a wonderful natural ingredient such as Astragalus.
