I had seen all the social media advert s for Pure NMN and wanted to try, I placed my order they arrived quickly and I’ve been taking for 6weeks and haven’t noticed any benefit. On contacting the company to cancel the subscription I was told my next order had been dispatched which I do NOT want! I have contacted the company 3 times to have these items returned and refunded and been told and I quote “ regardless of the of the website says they do NOT issue refunds “ so if you aren’t happy do not waste your time with this company! Ignore the “60 day money back guarantee “ There customer service is terrible and they breach consumer rights by saying they will refund if you aren’t happy but they 100% will not.
Stay clear of this company They also seem to have 2 different pages on trust pilot for reviews with slightly different names

Writing for a friend who bought some goods and never received them iterm number uk7768 , warning do not buy because they are a scam, over 2 weeks never received any item or email

Do not buy from this company. They are skirting around british law.

The adverts they use on the site seem to be for a completely different company, based in US. Although it tries to come across as U.K. based, the goods come directly from China (under a different company name during shipping) and took about 10 days to arrive. When ordering, it defaults to adding a subscription so make sure that you remove that option. But I don’t have much confidence that what I bought is actually the NMN formulation they claim on the website and packaging

Appears to be fraudulent - website shows 5/5 reviews on trustpilot but no link through and no sign of them on here. Took payment for one off purchase then charges every month. No sign of subscription on the user profile on site. Appear to be con artists
