Bought a pair of trainers from them. It was something wrong with delivery and my orders has been returned to Puma. I have contacted the customer service and said that I still want those shoes. In the mean time, price went up with 20 gbp and I got returned. Will never buy again from Puma.

However my experience has been a good one, I ordered two pairs of trainers which I received within 3 days of purchase I didn't pay the extra for delivery.
Notifications sent and tracking details were all correct and timely.
The trainers were very reasonably priced and very good quality.
I would definitely use the outlet again.

“Delivered item” to wrong address? Seems to be completely incompetent. Tracking number says wrong postcode so I can’t even find more information on the EVRI tracking.
Duplicate payment taken for a single order. Awful after care / customer service. Avoid
The website took a payment for a failed transaction and also a second payment for the successful transaction after retrying, changing payment method on my order.
It has been an absolute farce dealing with PUMA UK customer service trying to get get it resolved. I'll not go into it fully but they really are very very poor in terms of customer service. Clearly the website is a bit dodgy in taking payments too.. which they claim not to be able to trace. The situation is ongoing having paid out £144 for a £72 pair of trainers. I have asked my credit card company to step in.
If it was possible to rate Puma UK a negative score I would. Not only for my £72 loss, but for the incoherent 1 liner responses from Customer Service and my questions which have been avoided altogether! So bad.
Please beware despite being a 'reputable' global brand. I will certainly not buy from here again.
No refund
£105.00 trainers returned to Puma. Parcel tracked as arriving back in March yet no refund. Contacted Puma snd completed a declaration of return (even though they accepted that it had been??). Still no refund and no response to emails. Shocking customer service. Klarna are involved do hoping they will get some satisfaction!!!! Doubt I will buy from them again now.
Frustrating Return Process
I recently had a frustrating experience with online shopping that taught me an important lesson. I ordered a pair of shoes by mistake and realized immediately that it was the wrong item. Unfortunately, there was no option to cancel the order, so I had to go through the return process instead.
After receiving the item, I returned it immediately, but to my dismay, there was no refund after 20 days, even though the company promised a refund within 14 days. The return process was also overly complicated and required me to fill out a declaration form and oath!
Save a PDF of the declaration form attached to an email and provide additional proof of posting. I felt like I was jumping through hoops just to get my money back.
The return process dragged on for longer than I expected, and I have no idea how much longer it will continue.
Overall, I was disappointed with the online shopping experience, and I don't recommend it to anyone who thinks they might need to return a purchase.
The only positives were that the delivery was fast, and the company was responsive to my emails. However, these factors did not make up for the inconvenience and hassle of the return process. I learned that it's important to consider the return policies and processes of online shopping companies before making a purchase, especially if there's a chance I might need to return it.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes from PUMA more than a week ago saying delivery will be within 5-7 working days (passed), On the 6th day I receive a notification, that EVRI is awaiting the PUMA parcel from DSV. I am leaving for 2 weeks holiday in a weeks' time and I am fairly certain at this point that the parcel will arrive after I left and knowing Evri, they will leave the item on the porch (marked as delivered) for somebody to nick it. Called customer service who assured me they will help me with the cancellation (only reason why it's not 1 star in the review). My wife ordered from the brothers' brand and that product came next day. Puma really needs to up their online game. (Not) Looking forward to what this will turn out... but let's see.
