DO NOT USE THUS WEBSITE. Looked specifically for a UK based website. After starting the tracking, it is actually based in Shanghai.
5 days for someone called 'Linda Smith' to get back to me.
Dress arrived AFTER the Prom in a plastic bag wrapped in sellotape. HOST ERROR showing when I try and return.

Do not trust this company to send out a dress.
I was told mine had been dispatched only to find out a week later they hadn’t even made it.
We will have to find a dress from elsewhere. Goodness knows if we’ll even get our money back.

Avoid this seller because theres absolutely no returns even if the dress is incorrectly sewn. The seller only said to go to a tailer to fix their own mistake.

Bought a prom dress in Dark Green, they sent turquoise. Completely the wrong color. The dress looks cheap and tacky nothing like the photo. Won't issue a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

The company responded as fast as they could when I got in touch with them, and the dress arrived in great conditions. It fits so perfectly and it is exactly how it looks, It isn’t a cheap material and has been made with delicacy. the sequins are sturdy and not falling off. I very highly appreciate this

Wish I could leave no stars. Terrible experience. My daughters prom dress arrived in a completely different colour. Not just slightly different…. a completely different colour than ordered. It now doesn’t match the accessories my daughter brought. It is also huge for a size 8 dress and has many loose stitches and even a little hole along the stitching. The shop is refusing to refund this item saying it’s custom ( it wasn’t) and ignoring altogether the colour. Do not order from them seems to be luck of the draw wether what you receive is even usable. An then customer service will refuse to take any responsibility.

My daughter made the mistake from ordering from this site and the dress arrived from china , is wrong size and colour is way off.
So I have worked in e-commerce for over 12 years building sites for very big companies so I am fully aware of laws etc and this site does not comply with UK distance selling laws.
I have messaged them for a refund but I don’t expect to get anywhere so will be taking this further

Beautiful dress, material and colour

I've read loads of bad reviews about this company ...however my experience has been brilliant. I ordered my daughters prom dress despite the above and it has exceeded my expectations. I originally ordered blue as this was what my daughter wanted, however once I told her i had ordered it she had then changed her mind and wanted black!

I sent off a couple of support tickets asking them to change the order and despite there being no reply it came today which was two weeks before it was expected and it was black just as my daughter wanted. Fits my daughter perfectly.

Will definitely be using them again.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered a standard uk size 10 well….. my 7 year old fits into it! Refused a refund even with pictures to show how tiny the waist was. Currently fighting through PayPal to get my money back. They do not follow their own returns policy. Advertised as a uk site but this is not the case. Dress arrived late and in a plastic bag! Material feels cheap.

It is a big scam site. Most of the positive reviews are fake!!!!
What you order is completely different from what you get and you can’t get a refund

The shipping was very fast. The dress was beautiful I got so many compliments. I would recommend.

I purchased a dress to use for my wedding, it was advertised as a black dress with silver stars.

What arrived was a gold and black dress in a different style and cut! Not only that but the stitching is falling apart straight out of the bag.

I tried to process a return through their website only to be denied due to a host error. Milly Bridal will not allow me to process a return or refund!! Nor have they communicated with me.

I am now out of pocket and without a wedding dress.

Don't worry Milly Bridal, My solicitors will be in touch with you very soon.

You have violated the Consumer Rights Act 2015 along with the contract we created upon purchasing from you.

After looking at the reviews after we purchased the dress I was very apprehensive about the dress arriving and being as pretty as the picture , the dress is self is very beautiful and my daughter looks stunning in it , very good price for a prom dress that she will only wear once , shipping took 2 weeks overall very happy with purchase

Dress arrived today, colour is pretty much what I was envisioning and I’m really happy with the dress overall. Shipping took about 15 days so only 1 day over what they said it would take. In some places the applique on the dress isn’t trimmed as neatly but it’s barely noticeable and you wouldn’t realise unless you look very closely at individual layers. Lovely dress, accurate to the picture and pretty good on size too.

Horrendous!!!! Do NOT waste your money with this site! Colours not as stated on the colour chart, say a normal sized dress is made to order and won’t under any circumstances accept refunds. Stuck with an awful looking prom dress my daughter describes herself as looking like a lettuce leaf in!

Haven’t received my dress in the timeframe. When I check on track my order it says processing. In their terms and conditions it says that I am able to cancel there is no option to cancel. I have tried to also do a live chat they have no staff ever available. I have tried to send an email. It is rejected as Bad host and service error.
There is literally no way to contact this company at all
