Mein Gym hat vor kurzem renoviert und die alten Geräte mit Neuen von Matrix ausgetauscht und ich hasse alle. Wer hat sich das ausgedacht das die Zwischenstufen bei den Gewichten nicht mittig sind? Warum kann ich keine einziges Gerät sinnvoll für meine Körpermaße anpassen? Die Griffe sind ultra billiges Hartplastik, welche man z.b. an der Shoulder Press extrem schlecht umgreifen kann und auch nicht an die Schulterbreite anpassbar sind. Ich bin kein Profisportler und habe trotzdem beim ersten benutzen der Bauchmaschine das Maximalgewicht problemlos geschafft und dabei noch nichtmal den Bauch gespürt und nur den unteren Rücken. Die Polster sind extrem hart und gleichzeitig reibt das Gummi extrem an der Haut. Hab mir beim Benutzen des Beinbeugers die komplette Kniekehle aufgeschürft. Nach einer Woche war der sogar kaputt wegen der billigen Verarbeitung. Eins der Matrixlaufbänder hört sich jedes mal an wie ein Düsenflieger wenn es etwas schneller eingestellt wird und die Vibrationen davon merkt man im ganzen Gym. Ich bin 184 cm groß und muss für butterfly reverse mir trotzdem ein zusätzliches Polster unter den Po packen damit die Griffe auf einer vernünftigen Höhe sind. Ganz im Ernst, war jemals jemand der wirklich ins Fitnessstudio geht am Design dieser Geräte beteiligt??? Einfach ausnahmslos Schrott

I agree 100% with the series of critical comments on Trustpilot. Matrix is the worst thing I've ever experienced in training. It is incomprehensible that a large chain like PureGym has invested in miserable and extremely poorly designed machines, where you cannot adjust to the body, are often static and directly painful to train in. I am leaving PureGym for this reason and hope that others do the same, so that the excellent training place I have trained in for many years will open my eyes and push to the British headquarters, who have made the hopeless decision to change TechnoGym with Matrix. I simply don't have anything good to say about Matrix

Keine Verbindung mit garmin Apps oder garmin Geräten möglich.

Worst. Never buy Matrix equipment. Item came defective and matrix warranty needs 2-3 months to replace the part and fix. I expected to get a brand new equipment and received a defective piece. DON'T BUY THIS SHIT

Katastrophale Geräte. Viele Gyms, insbesondere Discounter, wechseln auf Matrix weil die Geräte günstig sind. Jedoch merkt man, dass die Leute, die diese Geräte designt haben, noch mie trainiert haben. Einfach Müll

Matrix hat keine Ahnung von kraftsport, was sich an vielen kleinen aber wichtigen details der Geräte zeigt. Unbegreiflich wie man so Fitnessgeräte produzieren kann.

Aldrig har jeg oplevet så elendige maskiner de er bygget til dværge man kan ikke flytte støtte puderne til benene, skal man køre ryg mm vender puderne til benene skråt op af, generelt nogle skod maskiner som kommer fra Rusland det er nok til at boykotte det L...

Mein Finesstudio hat auf Matrix umgestellt. Dies ist in vielerlei Hinsicht eine Verschlechterung gegenüber den vorherigen Geräten. Es gibt viel weniger Möglichkeiten der Einstellung, was die Benutzung für kleine Menschen schwieriger macht. Hier wurde am falschen Ende gespart.

Auch für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Beweglichkeit ist die Benutzung erschwert oder unmöglich geworden (Bsp.: Adduktoren und Abduktoren-Gerät). Bei Beinstrecker und Beinbeuger fehlt ein Handhebel, mit dem man einfach in die Ruheposition gehen kann.
Die Bänke für die Bauchmuskeln haben einen mehrstufig einstellbaren Winkel (dies ist für mich die einzige gute Neuerung), jedoch fehlt ein Griff für die Hände, was das Ein- und Ausfädeln für ältere Leute ziemlich erschwert.

Worse fitness machines I have EVER used in my life! I previously trained in different countries and even in gyms with machines that were 20+ years old. I always enjoyed training. Now I'm since 4 weeks in a gym with Matrix fitness machines in Germany. The ergonomy is awful, in the sense that they have none. No matter how much I try to adjust them to me, it just doesn't work with ... human body's anatomy. They definetly do not always challenge the muscles that they are supposed to, and that are indicated on the pictures and descriptions. For the first time in my life I got a serious injury (shoulder), without even noticing. I have used many kinds of shoulder presses, back & arms training machines, weights, body weight etc. for over a decade when training. Never had any problem before. If I had a good legal insurance, I would sue this company right away!

I totally agree with the other commenters here who state that people who have designed these machines have NEVER trained in their life in a gym! What's worse: THEY HATE WOMEN! It is the first time in my life to have experienced such an aggressive gender discrimination in objects that are supposed to be for general use. These machines are NOT made for women. In fact, I argue that they they are dangereous for women! Men, imagine having to press weight against your balls when trying to train your abs or legs! This is how it kind of feels for women. Some of them crush your breasts when trying to use them, no matter how many positions you have tried to adjust it to. This hasn't happen to me with any other machines, elsewhere in the world.

Oh, and when trying to make adjustments, many times the metal pins gets stuck (the whole gym opened 7 months ago and had brand new machines!!). It happened more than once that it pinched my finger so bad that blood came out, or that the pin didn't stick well and a whole heavy part fell on my back, or something alike.

I have never despised a whole series of objects in my whole life like I hate Matrix fitness machines. And I won't come out of my gym membership for another 11 months!! This company is harmful to humans and (small) businesses alike, and I am disappointed to live in a world that lets such charlatans exist unpunished.

Garantieversprechen nicht eingehalten:
Folgendes Problem: Ein Matrix R50 Gerät hatte nach ca. 16 Monaten einen Schaden, der zu ständigem "An und Aus" des Gerätes führte.
Matrix Fitness (Deutschland) gibt "3 Jahre Garantie" auf Elektronik und Instandhaltungskosten.
Aber: Sie haben die Reparatur abgelehnt, da ihnen der Versandhändler nicht gepasst hat (Gymcompany).
Ihre "Begründung" war, der Händler wäre nicht von Matrix autorisiert und damit habe ich pauschal keine Garantie.
Also: Finger weg!

Matrix Fitness? For mig virker det som om deres udstyr er lavet til dværge og dem der har designet har røget crystal meth. Alt føles bare skævt og elendigt. Det er reelt skrald, der ikke lever op til en fløjtende fis.
Jeg ville ikke engang give det gratis væk til et loppemarked.

My gym now switched to Matrix machines, and they suck! Range of motion is very limited for taller people, the movements on some are static, so they don't glide well, and the ergonomics are badly designed. Yeah, they look fancy, but they are crap. Even the adjustment knobs are static-y and hard to adjust. WHY, why, why do gyms opt for this brand? Because it's cheaper? Well, they end up wasting money if nobody uses them. Invest in better brands (Cybex, Hammerstrength, LifeFitness ) that are well-designed and do what they're supposed to so that people will benefit from them!!!

Deres udstyr er af dårlig ergonomisk opbygning. Max højde i flere af maskinerne er 160cm. Skrald.

BAD ! I hate matrix. Crap machines. Poor muscle contractions, poor ergonomics, really bad strength curves. Gyms only use them cos they're cheap!

Matrix also lacks options & variations of machines.
