he steal your personal data and wasting your time.
almost took 2 months to gather all my personal documents to see whether im entitled to get legal aid or not, at the end, because of silly reason he said unfortunately you're not entitled.
he included my income without taking out my expenditure from my business ( as im self employed). and also provided documents from my accountant.
unbelievable amount of emails i sent to coming to this point that easily he say "unfortunately you're not entitled "..!!!!
he is not even good on calculations your income and expenditure.

No way of contacting Linkedin Customer Support
I have been a paid member for many years and although I haven't put a job on the site I am receiving responses to my jobs and I can't find the applicants on the site. I have spent an hour out of my valuable time trying to find an email address or way of contacting customer support with no success. The online chat is "offline". How can they listen to their customers if we have no way of contacting you.

Customer service specialists........ha ha ha!!!
The customer service specialists are a joke, the help, I use that word whilst biting my tongue, is less than useless. My wife has spent the last month trying to access her account only to be sent useless links and the same repetitive drivel by these supposed specialists. when asked for the name of someone to whom I can make a formal complaint, its ignored. they are ignorant and so far from professional its not even funny. shame you cant give minus stars.

Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service - not recommended.
I have been paying Linkedin for over 2 years now and have recently asked for them to cancel any auto-renewal they have planned for me. Their appointed Account Manager has simply ignored my request even though it was asked in writing for up to 3 times. Very unprofessional and Rude!!!!!

Extremely Poor Customer Service At LinkedIn:
You literally cannot get hold of a human being - either by email, feedback forms or phone.
As far as I am concerned LinkedIn is housed by a set of useless, faceless bureaucrats supposedly supporting the business community.
Since you can get nowhere with the faceless idiots at LinkedIn I have today written a formal letter of complaint to LinkedIn’s ultimate boss - Mr Bill Gates, Founder of Microsoft.
I now expect management heads at LinkedIn to roll - because their customer service is quite simply useless.
What the hell do LinkedIn think they are playing at?
