Excellent communication from start to finish and beyond!
The gentlemen doing the scan were lovely and friendly, completely putting me at ease.
The full body MRI is a long process but they really made it very relaxed.
The GP I dealt with (Dr Shivali Patel) took me through my results and even issued me with referrals for further treatment.
When I had difficulty with using the app I had a lovely gentleman (Arjun Nair) go out of his way to help me. Nothing has been too much trouble for anyone I've had the pleasure to deal with.

I had a great experience with getscanned. Everything was easy and straight forward to arrange. Yatharth was great in helping me get an appointment with the GP quickly, and I then managed to secure my selected scan date. I had my report back from the scanning centre in less than 24hrs. I was updated on WhatsApp throughout the whole process, and would not hesitate to use them again!

The whole process took longer than a private medical scan should and you do not get the date you choose when you book and pay on the website, this needs to be changed. The scan itself was in a mobile scanner and the results had to be chased up as they took over a week to receive. However, the communication from the company was very good and they always responded to questions I had.

Very helpful and quick responses. They were able to get my mri appointment settled in just a few hours, which was very impressive and extremely helpful. Truly grateful for their efforts.

What I liked was the fact that the customer services were polite, were trying to be always helpful and when my case got complicated they kept informed of their actions.
What I disliked is that there was not good coordination between the GetScanned team and the scan centres and the information that was given to me was often inaccurate.
My scan was delayed for a month and I was not the most of the time clear for the reasons why.

Originally had an issue with the service but this was soon rectified immediately so thankyou, that was appreciated.

Pain free experience from start to finish. Booking to results was around 1 week.

Booking the scan was very simple and communication afterwards about my appointment was excellent. A query I had was dealt with very promptly. The GP with whom I had my telephone appointment was friendly and professional. I received the report on my scan much quicker than I expected. All round excellent service!

I was contacted immediately after filling an easy online form. A medical doctor contacted me next day and a pelvic scan was booked for two days later.

I had an original poor experience with this company. However a lovely dr rang me and arranged a scan for me and has been amazing. I give 4 stars due to original let down. However they have made every effort to fix the situation. I’m grateful to the dr taking the time to arrange the scan. So thank you . Very efficient and arranged mri scan at Newcastle Clinic with an open scanner very quickly. Results emailed the following day. Friendly, clear and professional as were the staff at Newcastle Clinic

From selecting the appropriate scan to getting the appointment was a very quick process. However once the results came through I had to ask the dr whether there was any concerns before he even went through my report with me. Other than that professional service throughout.

I recently booked a full body MRI scan with GetScanned. All through the process has been smooth and professional. The booking was easy. The 2 gentleman Ken and Cyril who took the MRI were amazing. I felt safe and comfortable in their capable hands. My mobility is not brilliant and they were so patient. My follow up with the GP Dr Shivali Patel who explained the results was friendly and professional; everything was explained in a way I could understand. I found this company online while searching for a quick MRI scan for my spine due to a previous spinal fusion six years ago and some new, very worrying pain.

The online booking process was quick and straightforward, and with the excellent support of Yatharth I managed to book the scan for Saturday in less than a week. They truly went above and beyond — the team was kind, empathetic, prompt, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

What really stood out was the genuine human touch and understanding I received, which made a huge difference during a time of worry and distress.
