As from the start of the process the team were brilliant every thing was sorted by them communication was brilliant. Every time I tex them they got back within five to ten minutes.
Just can't praise then enough for there help thankyou

Absolutely first class service, quick, careing and I would definately use them again.

The process is well organized.
They kept me in the loop throughout, from start to finish.
The hardest part was spending 2.5 hours in a tube.
The results were emailed the next day.
The doctor went through the results the following day.
Also, the doctor sent me an easy-to-understand results list.
This was well worth it for me at 67 years.
I could not explain why I felt unwell.
The MRI answered a lot of questions.
The hard part I found was going to my GP and asking them to do a referral.
The GP asked me 100 questions why I decided to have an MRI.
Other than that, I'm happy I went with my gut feeling.

I have been waiting 12+weeks to get any progress from the NHS & to reduce the time I would be waiting for a scan , I chose to get a private scan so I could produce the evidence when I finally see someone
From the outset of my enquiry Get Scanned kept me in the loop , promptly informing me of my appointment dates, times & venue with a contact person for any queries/problems that may have occurred leading up to the scan
To top it off my scan results were made available to me within 24 of having the scan.
So all in all , I can’t find any issues with the process & would like to thank them for a hassle free experience

The staff were welcoming and during the procedure I was treated with kindness and was given lots of information regarding the procedure. I am elderly and do have problems with feeling dizzy, I was given time and consideration whilst stepping on to the couch, the gentleman was taking his time to make sure I was comfortable.

The radiographer John was amazing. He was friendly and professional and put me at my ease. He explained everything clearly and I felt well looked after. Thank you SW

A solid and professional service. The staff were helpful and solution-oriented whenever we encountered problems. I'm happy that everything was completed in a timely manner. I’m very happy with the clear and fast communication from Sushmita Kashyap, one of the support team members. She was very helpful and made the whole process smooth. I’m also pleased with how quickly my appointment was booked. Great service overall!

Outstanding service. I sent an enquiry Sunday evening received an email response early Monday, had a scan Tuesday and a doctor spoke to me on Thursday to discuss the result. All communications from Admin were friendly and helpful and the doctors were friendly and professional and explained the result to me. Brilliant service. Highly recommended!

An amazing experience from start to finish. My GP consult was very accurate and very understanding of my situation. Managed to get me in for my scan the same day and got my results the following morning. I was treat with the upmost respect and dignity throughout. I cannot fault the service in any way. Thank you!

Within minutes of booking a scan I was contacted by the company who set up a telephone consultation with a GP. Fortunately I managed to get a scan on the same day and the results were sent the next day. I was then able to discuss the results with a GP who was very helpful. Needed confirmation of a problem which was going to take months on NHS. Checked GP app and saw that I could pay privately for an MRI, at a very reasonable price.
Booked on Thursday, seen on Monday and results back on Tuesday with follow up emails and GP consultation to answer my queries.

Booked and paid on the Wednesday Dec 3rd, had a Doctor’s consult the same day. Medispace rang on Friday 5th Dec to go over safety protocol and confirm appointment for the Monday 8th Dec. Had MRI as planned and received results in less than 24 hours. Very satisfied, would recommend and definitely use again.

Fantastic. I requested a scan on Thursday evening, had the scan on the next Monday and received the results within 24 hours. Communication was amazing throughout. I had an amazing experience and customer service. Seriously impressed.Super convenient.
