The process was straight forward.

The process was straight forward to make the order. Will now have to wait and see if delivery is on time.

And the X100 kit did arrive in good time today being 17 June.

Accurate website description.

I was sure from your website that the external flue seal I was seeking, was what I was ordering. 24 hours later it has been delivered.

Great Service

I bought an actuator valve which initially didn't work and Nick went to great lengths to help me, even to the point of printing a spacer to increase the stroke of the valve.
He really took responsibility for the problem - a rare thing these days, and one which should be valued!
