Poor service and Worst support
I paid for my VPS renewal for the next billing period, but after that I lost access to the server and have been unable to manage anything.
Support has essentially been ignoring my tickets. The only response I received was a vague message stating that there was an issue on their side.
Later, they informed me that one of their data centers had experienced an outage, that my server was hosted there, and that they were unable to bring it back online. They offered to migrate my VPS to another one of their data centers, but that never happened.
Since then, there have been no meaningful updates, no resolution to the issue, and no instructions regarding a refund.
