It's now been one week since they apparently sent my item,I still don't have it so have ordered another from a different company.
Appalling experience
Appalling experience. This company is a dishonest, unprofessional shambles. As many other customers have stated on Trustpilot, items were missing from the order placed - an extender, batteries, and nic shots. They refused to send them. The customer service response went from ‘we apologise greatly’ to an accusation of lying - ‘we do not believe that these items were missed off your order at all’, and they reeled off some nonsensical rubbish about ‘parcel weights’, as they have done to another reviewer on Trustpilot. The packing slip included was for an entirely different order for another individual, including his name and address. Human error is forgiveable, as long as steps are taken to rectify it, but to accuse multiple customers of lying about missing items and then refusing to right their mistakes is shameful. What a disorganised, dishonest mess of a company.
Uber dangerous
I've been a customer for a long time, and had no problems. However, as soon as issue arose I can understood why they have such a poor reputation.
They sent me an item (made by VooPoo), which broke on me immediately, cutting my finger with glass.
Since then, they made a half-hearted attempt to blame me, and then completely ignored my messages.
I strongly recommend that you avoid this company, and I hope VooPoo will consider a more responsible UK supplier.

Awful service. Goods left outside property and they are stating I should contact police as I have been robbed.
When I questioned if it was a genuine reply I was told yes, it was left on my property.

Got my order - slight delay due to royal mail strikes and Xmas but emailed and they replied immediately saying it was on it's way (they can see exactly where it is). Listen - you have to add ubervape to your email safe list. Otherwise it may go stright to deleted folder as my reply did. Just go into contacts and add the sales ubervape email address. Or just check all folders (junk and deleted). It's highly unlikely a company replying on repeat business would just ignore you. Or just call them! Also the pods I got are 100% genuine. I think it's highly unlikely a British registered company based in the mainland UK would deal in couterfeit goods. Just think about it! These UK vape companies are regulated to kingdom come!

Sold me fake/clone cartridges for my…
Sold me fake/clone cartridges for my oxva xlim v2. They leak bad and have now caused problems now with my xlim device with leaked tank juice inside the mod. On the offical Oxva web site the scratch authenticity codes are not recognised, leading me to this final conclusion that they sell fake/clone tanks & items. Ignored my email when i asked about this.
Disappointed
Disappointed. I have used them several times in the past and never had an issue. Placed an order on 23rd August. Dispatched but no tracking details.
Due to RM strikes and a Bank holiday I expected slight delay on delivery. Emailed on 30th & 31st August chasing order delivery but no response...they dont pick up the phone either.
Chased via email daily and eventually received a response on 12th September with tracking details and advising delivered. Looked on RM and the image of the place delivered too is NOT my work (delivery) address. Emailed Ubervape again to advise and showed images of work showroom & goods in so they could take it up with RM...again no response to emails and the phone just rings out. They don't even reply to reviews so don't think they're really too bothered!
Poor customer service, no product so £45 out of pocket!
UPDATE - was advised they raised a claim with Royal Mail and gave me a claim reference number...this was a ficticious claim reference as I have had confirmation from Royal Mail they have not raised a claim! And now back to having emails ignored!
What's Happened?
I have been using Ubervape for a few years with no problem. An error on a previous order was rectified quickly and a couple of bonus items added. I was impressed. Last time I went to place an order their website was down so I guiltily bought elsewhere. Today I tried to place an order with them only to get a message saying they can't deliver to my country. I always thought we were in the same country and I was supporting a British small company. Has something changed? I have been able to order from elsewhere again so am a bit confused, but looking at the more recent bad reviews, I may have dodged a bullet
No response/Ignored
I have used ubervape for some time and have never had a problem until my last order.
I ordered and they took payment for 3 packs of coils but only sent me 2.
I replied to their order summary as they suggest to do if you have any problems, even taking a photo of the packaging with the 2 packs which only just fit in and I have received no response whatsoever.

Missing Items - No help from Customer Service
Ordered some replacement coils and a set of 18650 batteries before Christmas. Upon arrival only the replacement coils were present in the parcel, the envelope was sealed with no damage. I contacted UberVape immediately to let them know. After several follow up emails I finally received a response on 30th December stating that due to the weight of the parcel 'unless I can provide evidence the parcel was tampered with they can't see how the batteries weren't sent'. Obviously I had not retained the packaging over the christmas period, and as the envelope was not damaged my initial assumption was that the batteries had been sent separately. I have no motivation to lie about a set of batteries. The customer service has really put me off UberVape as a company. I'd recommend you shop elsewhere.

They say dispatched within 2 working days, I ordered my package a week ago and haven't heard anything. I've emailed them twice on 2 separate email addresses and have gotten no response. What a waste of €50
No customer service at all
Package arrived opened and contents were placed inside a plastic bag and some items were missing. Got in contact with Royal Mail and because I used Tracked 24 I was told to get in contact with Ubervape instead. I sent them a message on 30/09 and they still haven’t replied back to me.
