Have been working with Ty for almost a year now and can’t fault them.

After the setup, cleaning costs, management and OTA fees I’m making almost double what I would be if it was just a rental.

They organise and manage everything. I have access to a portal to check on bookings and they communicate as little or much as I want. I think typically investors like to be kept out the loop, but personally I like to be kept up to date and they are very accommodating (excuse the pun).

I’ve recommended you to fellow landlords already and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work.

I came in contact with them mid 2022 via a friend who also had his SA property portfolio with Ty. I started a property not long after that and it has been going with good and bad months until now (due to personal reasons I have to temporarily put the business on hold). I always had easy contact with them, either via email or directly via whatsapp, and problems or issues were addressed swiftly. All profits payments from the property came in time.
I am now in the process of stopping the SA property that is currently running in my company. They looked for a new investor which they found not long after and the transfer has been going, to be finalised at the end of this month. There was a small hick-up which caused a bit of a delay, but that was caused by the company that does the property management for the landlord and not by Ty. Ty kept a close eye on the transfer to make sure it didn't delay any further, so I really appreciate all that help and effort!

I saw they had a bad review on here, but in all honestly my experience was quite ok! I never really had major issues with the property or with them, and the easy communication made everything very easy!

I would come back when I start up the business again hopefully soon when everything in my personal life has settled again!

What ever you do dont let your house to this lot thy will waste your time thy dont want to take any responsibility for your property thy have demanding investors who want every thing there own way this company is to good to be true dont fall for there crap and thy have only been trading for less than 18 months and as you can see this is there first review not even any good ones on here so its way to young to be risking your property with them there are much better companies out there i was warned about them but i was a fool to contact them also thy are very rude and was rude to me in a email from one of there staff thy say thy do rent to rent but thy dont its all greedy investors and lots of them from abroad its all a con please dont give them your business you will be sorry a total waste of time you have been warned

As you can see by there reply saying i was abusive this is the way this company works thy are very unprofessional and a very young company with no experience thy say thy started in 2019 so 2020 2021 thy didn't do anything as we had the pandemic so that means thy are only 2yrs in business no experience at all thy have told trust pilot that i have left a wrong review as thy are not the company but in ther reply thy say my name so thy do no me so i do have the right company also thy have no review history i believe my review is the first one so this also tells you that thy are a start up i was warned about this company by a lot of landlords i know and was told to go with a experienced company as companys like this are popping up everywhere id stay well away from this lot id not let them manage a beach hut very unprofessional thy insult customers no respect at all thy use greedy investors from abroad there are much better companies out there with lots of experience and a lot more professional this company is a bad one stay well away or god knows who you will end up with at your property and thy have changed there business name twice with company house and there office is said to be in London when thy are trading in Cardiff very odd setup something isn't right about this company thats y i didn't go with them you no when something isn't quite right also as fare as them saying i have a pattern of putting bad reviews i have been a very successful business man for 40rs i dont suffer fools gladly sadly business today dont have the same respect today as thy did in my time and thats y i have made the reviews i have thats what trust pilot is for thy dont like it because thy have no where to hide anymore and peoples reviews are important and shows you what this company is all about TYSA say thy been trading since 2019 did thy miss the pandemic?? So thats a lie all redy and that faked that thy call customers bullys just because i would not use them just shows the lack of respect thy have for customers all thy want to do is put greedy investors in to your home and use your property to make them money this is a pattern that is getting very concerning for landlords and there are lots of legal concerns with this type of business even the girl who turned up at one of my properties wasn't even dressed professionally she look like one of there cleaners very aggressive company dont be fooled by this lot
