I am extremely pleased with the work of Andrea Ruffino who helped me sell my London flat. As an overseas seller, I was not familiar with the process in the UK and Andrea was with me at every stage. Andrea is very experienced and extremely diligent. He maintained communications at all times, updating me several times a week, often daily (despite the time difference). The legal system in the UK is unlike any other and is fraught with much uncertainty. There were some dishonest, bad intentioned parties along the way. But despite it all Andrea was professional and honest throughout. There were times when I wanted to give up but Andrea was persistent and delivered an amazing outcome. I would highly recommend Andrea if you're looking for a dedicated agent who produces great results.

I was impressed with Tyron Ash Real Estate company and their representative Brett Graham. Brett managed to sell my Penthouse apartment in Stratford-upon-Avon for the asking price where 2 previous real estate agents had failed. Tyron Ash provide a unique approach to selling bespoke and unique properties and have a national reach rather than just focusing on local buyers. In addition throughout a tricky sales process with a long chain Brett managed the the process to completion where it could easily have fallen apart without his tenacious and pro-active approach. I cannot comment on Tyron Ash Real Estate as a business as I only dealt with our local agent: Tristan Burgess-Ovenden. Tristan explained the unique and refreshing marketing methodology used by Tyron Ash and, as they say, 'we were sold'. We agreed to the planned open day, but due to Tristan's proactive approach he had already identified a prospective buyer before the arranged photoshoot. Tristan negotiated a sale and we agreed on the price offered 5 days before we actually went on the market. 78 days later we completed. This was no smooth and easy ride, however - there were many complications and frustrations along the way, all caused by the buyers. Tristan managed the whole process, and resolved all the difficultes with admirable professionalism throughout.
I would not hesitate to recommend Tyron Ash as a Realtor, and if you're lucky enough to work with Tristan you won't be disappointed.
