Verkar ha noll koll på sina betalningar

Vet inte hur många påminnelser och krav vi har fått trots att det är betalt sedan länge och att vi har fått svar både via mejl och telefon att allt är betalt.
Igår fick vi ännu en påminnelse om samma betalning och efter att vi än en gång skrivit och hänvisat till tidigare kontakter så vi vi än en gång en ursäkt.
Nu får vi väl vänta ett par dagar och se om vi får ytterligare påminnelser för dom verkar ha noll koll på sitt system.
Hädanefter när vi beställer från bl.a Engelssons då blir det att betala med kort istället.

Din betalning nådde oss i tid, men har hållits kvar hos vår mottagande bank på grund av en teknisk spärr, vilket hindrat den automatiska matchningen mot fakturan. Det är orsaken till påminnelserna, och det är vårt att lösa – inte ditt.
Vi är medvetna om ärendet och vårt finansteam arbetar aktivt med att släppa betalningen. Alla vidare påminnelser är stoppade och det finns ingen risk att ärendet går vidare till inkasso. Du behöver inte göra något mer.

no communication and disruption to your business if you use

my credit insurance with alliance has been cut from all my suppliers that use alliance to insure my company. I have a outstanding credit rating and a outstanding payment history over the 45 years my company has been trading. I was surprised when my insurance got suspended as i have no suppliers asking for payment or any disputes with suppliers that i am aware of. I today 3 days after my insurance has been suspended received a letter from alliance explaining the reason for my insurance suspension. Apparently i have a outstanding balance with the company two b2b. I have never dealt with two b2b and had never heard of thus company before. I have not received any invoices from two b2b or had any form of contact with them either through telephone conversations or email. The lack of communication has caused a loss in trade with suppliers not being able to serve my company due to the insurance suspension although they cannot understand why as my payment record is so good. I am now having to wait to speak to alliance to query this invoice and try to reinstate my insurance cover. A headache i do not need and something which could have been sorted so easily with a phone call or email. I do not recommended this company as they do not know how to deal with credit insurance or how to write a email or pick up a phone as so many other reviews have stated

Disgraceful if you're a sole trader

Disgraceful, our trade partner has decided to use this outfit who are wholly incapable of dealing with sole traders in the UK, of which we are one. My business has been told we cannot use this facility as we are not a Ltd company.

Our trade partner has then informed us that there is a hidden registration link for sole traders to use, we tried twice to register and were rejected twice without explanation as to why nor any route to actually speak with support. They gave an email address to which i have sent multiple emails and thus far been ignored each instance.

This ignorance is preventing me from being able to put in trade orders with my supplier and i have asked the supplier for help getting through to two, and have been told that not only are two ignoring us as customers, they are also not responding to the supplier either and it was been 11 days.

I cannot operate a business without a credit facility for stock purposes, and i cannot get any response from the so called support and nor can my supplier so what the hell am i supposed to do to progress this.

In August 2025 TWO helped me out with the purcharge of the refrigerator . This company understood how urgent I needed this cooling for my shop. With the payment TWO is also flexible in the payment terms which is good for my cashflow. In futher i will contact them again if I require again there help

I'm very satisfied with Two.inc costumer service. I made a purchase from NetOnNet and returned one item from such purchase and got a credit faktura. After a few emails back and forth between Two and my self, Two.inc was able to help me on how to use my credit. I appreciate their patience since I didn't understand 100% how this process worked in the beginning. Thanks a lot to Emma and Maria Leonardo.

Working with TWO B2B for our factoring…

Working with TWO B2B for our factoring needs has been outstanding experience. Their service is fast, transparent and reliable. Cash flow used to be one of our biggest challenges, but TWO B2B turned it into a strength by providing quick access to working capital exactly when we needed it. Annie-Claude Chelvanathan is our TWO account manager and she is responsive, always available and amazing to work with.
If you are looking for trustworthy factoring company , I can highly recommend TWO B2B - they’ve truly made positive impact on our operations.

Worst experience

We purchased items from Elkjøp and financed them with a loan that was supposed to be paid over a 12-month installment plan. However, the first invoice required full payment for the entire purchase amount. In addition, a gift card that we never ordered was added to the transaction.
We have attempted several times to reach a solution, but the issue has not been addressed, and no real effort has been made to resolve the situation. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company and advise others to be cautious to avoid similar frustrations.

I see that one of your orders was not placed on 12 month terms, which is why you received a payment reminder for the full amount for this order. As Two does not have direct insight into gift cards or modify orders on behalf of the seller, we need to involve them to help resolve this situation.
There was an email thread with you. Two and the seller in early November that seemed to indicate a resolution, and we are sorry to see that this is not the case. One of our agents has already reached out to the seller to clarify the situation. You will be contacted via email shortly with an update so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.

waste of time using TWO.INC

I attempted to open account and gave them all the information and access to bank account etc and that my other credit accounts were ranging from £5000 to £15000 /month. I requested an account with VICTORIA PLUMBING UK and TWO.inc came back saying they give me £1000/ month credit ; I said waste of time and paid Victoria the pro forma under £5000 .........I dont understand where they get there credit refs from but they wasted my time in the process !

crap customer service

have been trying to contact this company for 3 days, 1st day they came back with the answer from an AI agent to a question i hadnt asked so i had to go back through and re-explain the question i had, no one came back to me - so i tried again and someone came back to me advising to go back to the retailer i was dealing with, explained i had already done this and they couldnt help, its now the 3rd day with no response again so giving up on this dimwit company - customer service is crap, their agents obviously dont understand queries and how to answer them - avoid like the plague if i was you - if it was possible to zero rate them i would have
