At Together We Make A Difference (TWMAD), we are committed to empowering children and young people to achieve positive outcomes through bespoke mentoring, coaching, and support programs. Whether it’s supporting transitions, reducing school exclusions, or helping young people re-engage with education and positive activities, our experienced team provides individualised support that makes a lasting difference. Our services include: 1:1 Mentoring & Coaching – Providing children with a trusted mentor who offers guidance, encouragement, and practical strategies to overcome barriers. School-Based Programs – Helping schools manage transitions, improve attendance, and support students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs. Community Engagement – Delivering creative and recreational programs that create opportunities for children to engage in positive activities.
