We've always loved tea. There's nothing like it to lift the spirits and raise a smile, whether alone or with others, out and about or in the comforts of your own home. In January 2017, we decided to do something really innovative for lovers of tea and set about creating a range of the finest whole leaf teas, herbs and fruits, blended to delight taste buds and bring a smile to its drinkers. Frankly, we were a little underwhelmed by the teas available in the supermarkets (and a little disappointed to learn that even the cutesy, more expensive brands are invariably just owned by the massive brands anyway.) Our blends are full of little surprises that make them different. An additional ingredient with a functional benefit…or an unconventional flavour pairing that transforms something nice into something spectacular. A tea that’s specifically designed to be drunk cold or one that tastes so good it must be bad (but isn’t). We like to think of them as Blends With Benefits. Now, we have a range of over 40 delicious, healthy and innovative blends that are available direct through our website, and in cafes, restaurants, hotels, offices and independent retailers all over the UK. Whether you need something to get you started, boost your energy or help you sleep, whether you want a guilt-free treat without calories for yourself or a healthy drink for the children, try tea with a Twist.

Teas 5 stars
Quality of metal tea caddies 1 star. Lid keeps popping open and it's not cheap for what it is. I wrote to them in live chat but never had a reply, which also contributed to the rating. If you are going to offer a chat function, the onus is on you to reply, otherwise what is the point?

Twist tea - a brand worth trying.
Firstly, Twist Refresher green tea is exceptional, I discovered it in a cafe and had to buy some directly from the company; which is fairly local to me. The customer service is very good and the product is nicely packaged. You also get a choice of a sample tea to try. Twist is on my radar now and is quickly becoming one of my go to brands.

Thank you!
I was lucky enough to have a free Twist teabag in my hotel room last week! The flavour is delicious and when I contacted Twist for an order they were very helpful and the package arrived very promptly.
Thank you.

Amazing cuppa
The very best tea I have tasted and such a decent wide selection. Our whole family love twist teas and we will not go back to supermarket tea. Always well packed and worth paying that little more for such a finer quality tea.

Great as a gift
I've got a personalised box for a friend's birthday and she loved it.

After all these years, they still taste amazing.
I decided to give them a go again since I really enjoyed my last order from them, and they're still amazing. The flavours really do blow me away, like raspberry choc kiss.
Only thing I can say is that the Jasmine tea (All That Jazz) doesn't really have much of a Jasmine taste. Then again I've noticed the same with many other brands.
