This ships from China even though it is apparently a Swedish company. I have been waiting for my items to be dispatched and a tracking number. I did contact them prior to ordering to confirm I would receive my goods within the 3-5 days that they say (they have now changed the shipping policy to say 8-15 days)
Agree with others that this company is misleading with the product poorly made (similar to temu quality) - and some fabric pieces were cut off. Disappointing for the price. I was browsing social media late at night and thought it looked great but was too late in checking reviews after I hit purchase. I didn't have any issues with delivery but could see it tracking from China. Buyer beware.
If I could give this company 0 I would ! I accidentally placed an order when seen them on instagram and thought it was the same period I had ordered from previously which I had no problems with . It was not and it is a scam . My order has not arrived . I emailed them and had a poorly written reply my address is wrong it was not . DO NOT USE THEY ARE A SCAM !
If I could I would give 0. Took 4 weeks for my order to be dispatched for it not to be delivered. No customer service at all apart from generic emails stating it had been delivered. Tracking services said it had been redirected back to sender. Lost my money and having no luck getting a refund from TwiggleStuff or even a direct contact with a ‘real’ person. Avoid at all costs
This kit is not even close the quality advertised. The directions were horrible. Shipping took a full month and it only left the warehouse after I emailed customer service. I’m still not convinced this company isn’t a scam.
No order delivered after 4 weeks. The parcel originated from China, then it has been shipped all over the UK, saying wrong address or re delivered. I can’t get any sense from Tomas who does reply but just keeps saying order has been delivered. I have asked for refund but had nothing. Do not order from this company I do not recommend
If I could give zero stars I would. I am currently going to file a lawsuit as this company is fraudulent. They took my money and I have not received any of the items that I purchased for Christmas.
The customer service gave me a runaround that my address was wrong and it was not wrong at all after several times of attempting to reach out to them. They just stopped replying.
Absolutely do not use this company.
Communication is non existent, my order has not arrived, it was meant to arrive 5/12/ and I have tried chasing with Twigglestuff and Royal Mail and have had no luck whatsoever. Do not use this company!
Billig bras, der kommer direkte til dig fra Kina. Og glem alt om den “nemme 30 dages returret”. Når det kommer til stykket har du 14 dage og returforsendelse, som du selv betaler for, beløber sig til > 100 kr. Ejer er på ingen måde lydhør, henviser blot til forretningens betingelser, som på intet tidspunkt fortæller noget om produktets oprindelse. Personlig er jeg ikke tryg ved at lade mine børn sidde med legetøj mellem hænderne som kommer fra Kina. Det er muligt det er godkendt, men det virker utrygt at det kommer direkte fra Kina.
Fup forretning, der er en webshop fra Sverige, men som sælger billige skrammel fra Kina, der sandsynligvis ikke er godkendt i EU.
Jeg kan normalt godt spotte disse falske hjemmesider, men faldt i. Pas på der ude og undgå denne webshop.
