Gimmick-- never informed of subscription fee during sign up
During sign up for birth control, nowhere does it state that there is 12.99 subscription fee so after I fill out all my information and questionnaires and insurance info, i receive a message telling me that I would have to pay 12.99 for the services, even though my insurance would normally cover everything under preventative care. This is a gimmick. Very unpleased

The $12.99 is an out of pocket cost not covered by insurance, but we can always provide an itemized receipt which you may be able to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Reliable company with great communication
I have been using twentyeight health's services for years at this point and it's been amazing. Whenever there is an issue with my insurance or with my pharmacy, they help me resolve it quickly. I absolutely love twentyeight health!! I was with them for many years and I love having a doctor right at my fingertips. They are always responsive, go out of their way to help you in any way possible and you can tell they really care about you and your health. Whenever I have a question or any kind of issue, I know their customer service team is going to go above and beyond to make sure I leave with answers. Even when I stopped my medication, I had to reach out to them to get the name of the medication and they were right there to help me. Always a great experience!

Poor service, unaccountable, passive aggressive customer service
They charged me for the service, but only let me know they had trouble with my insurance 7 days later. This was, unfortunately, too late for me as I would be traveling but they didn't issue a refund upon request. They also prescribed me the expensive brand name by default instead of the lower cost generic which I had said I would be fine with. Customer support was unwilling to provide a workable solution - unapologetic, unaccountable, and passive-aggressive.

I paid the 29$,they took my money ,did not help me with anything at all .there website is broken ,when you get to the part where you have to finish filling out the intake questions ,the website becomes broken ,the website won't allow you to do it .I would advise people not to use this service .they will take your money and will not help you with anything

One of the best services I’ve ever had
I came to Twentyeight health in a time of need. I was recently postpartum but was looking into my options for birth control. I had many questions and Robbie helped me out the best she could. She answered all of my concerns and made me feel heard and important. These days, you don’t really find compassionate health care professionals, but I did here. Not only was the service absolutely exceptional, but the team and all of those in which I’ve had an encounter with have treated me with courtesy, compassion, and respect. Thank you so much♥️

Horrible !!!!
I wouldn't use this service. They never send your birth control on time and you can go an entire month without it. They tried to blame my insurance which made no sense because this happened ok 2 shipments I paid out of pocket on because there were a good 6 months I didnt have insurance. When I asked about this they had no answer. Super quick to take $150 from my account on the first of the month & then sent me my shit a month later saying they had an issue. An issue with what? Now my past 2 shipments i was told its my insurance, and they'll send me a bridge packet. What they send you is fing plan B that's not even the same thing as birth control. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. -- Don't worry as you see they reached out to me & only continued to accuse me of not taking my birth control correctly. Promised id be able to pick my birth control up by the next day (mind you thats the last day of pills i have) and completely went unresponsive even though I reached out and told them multiple times my pharmacy has nothing and they can't do anything until they put the prescription in. My favorite part is the multiple times I was offered PLAN B like thats the same as birth control. Sorry have the professionals here have no idea what plan B is? How does that help me at all. I can't take PLAN B every day nor should I really take it that often. If I go off my birth control my period gets messed up. So thank-you for this so much and thank you for being such a shitty service. They better pay for the birth control I have to get from a woman's center because most dont take insurance and this shouldn't have happened at all.

No. Just No. Ever since they switched companies around a year or so ago, customer service and their lack of ability to deliver their products went downhill FAST. I've had to speak to customer service more times than I can count. The icing on the cake was when I confirmed with them, twice, that my address changed, and it was still delivered to my old one. This was 2 months prior to my next delivery.

28 HEALTH CORRECTED ALL MY CONCERNS
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM NOW ! They keep sending my birth control to my pharmacy by a dr that is not within my insurance network! I have been out of options for days because no one will correct this issue! I CAN NOT GET MY BIRTH CONTROL because of these people messing up the prescription ! I will have to take my money and business elsewhere and write the CEO. I am also going to sue them for me paying them money every month and not getting the services I paid for!
Update as of 10/07/25: A BEYOND AMAZING WOMAN with the escalations team reached out to me today at 3:08pm to resolve EVERY ISSUE I was having. She went above and beyond to fix this issue. Her name started with a J but I cant remember the full name. I would please like her supervisors to know that she was so kind, reassuring, respectful, and professional. She was also so supportive and helpful! She deserves every compliment I can think of. Please pass this positive message along to the right supervisors and I hope she is recognized for her hard work and customer service! Please look into the email and name I sent to 28 health on trust pilot to verify who helped me and praise the woman that called me today! I am ao grateful and I will keep using 28 health for as long as I can !
