We bought 2 kits encouraged by the good reviews on Facebook advert.
When Light indicator showed ‘fully charged’ tried on a waxed up ear.
Weak suction at its best and no wax came out on the end plastic spoon tip only feature was a good white light
Charged overnight next day still as useless. Made noise when switched on but was total misrepresentation in the advert and useless. A waste of money.

Have given up waiting for a refund this is a rubbish company they mess you about for so long with no intention of giving you a refund all I can say is do not buy it

Totally useless gadget doesn’t work at all . I ended up ordering 4 instead of one and despite asking for my order to be cancelled I received 4 .

This is a total scam don’t be fooled into buying these products

Do not buy off this company. I have contacted them three times by email asking for a return address to return a faulty ear wax removing device. They say its up to the customer to return it to them but wont give me the return address. They use delay tactics so they dont have to refund, Terrible company to deal with and the product they sent out was cheap, broken and very very poorly made

Impossible to contact this company if you have questions. I don't trust them.
The type on the instruction leaflet is TINY.
Unable to request return and refund.
Not happy.

Waste of money does not vacuum as it shows on Instagram, a pure scam to people who buy it with good faith, 🤬🤬🤬

Absolutely terrible product. The delivery time is long and few updates given, the instructions are very brief and the product does not work. Do not waste your money.

Total waste of money, tried it several times, poor quality, noisy and not working as decribed. Had no updates after I ordered, so did not even contact them for refund. Order was a month or 2 ago. Lesson learned.

I bought three to give as gifts and everyone loved them! I was really pleased

This product is exactly what my partner and I were looking for. He struggled for years with uncomfortable amounts of earwax and this product worked better than the treatments he received from the doctor! The instructions were simple and easy to follow and all the necessary parts were included. My partner is happier than ever, which means I'm happier than ever too!

I tried to order 1 unit but realized when my card transaction text come through that I’d been charged for 3. I immediately emailed asking to cancel the order and called my bank to try and reverse the charge but never got a response to my email and the bank couldn’t stop it either. That was beginning of December 2022.

Product arrived yesterday (3 units as charged for) and it is as good as useless. It does absolutely nothing! I’ve emailed again asking for a return but I fear it’s just money lost.

Both company and product seem to be a scam

Absolute rubbish. No suction at all. Did nothing plus the print on the instructions are so small i had to use a magnifying glass to read them. I've waited over 2 weeks for the delivery. Don't waste your money on this.

I have been waiting 2 weeks now and I have not received anything. Seems the other reviews were right, it is a scam.

I wish I’d read the reviews first - paid £69.97 for this expecting a good quality item. When the package was opened, there were 4 kits - one would have done. What a con!

Being honest i was really skeptical buying this, my partners ears are so terrible to the point he couldn’t hear. You would not belive the wax that came out of it and he could hear straight away! So easy to use I’m so impressed , but a negative thing is that the shipping is soo slow i believe it took about 15 days or so

I can't believe I fell for this!

The product took about 3 weeks to ship, and it doesn't do anything. Barely any pressure on the device and it didn't get anything out of my ears. The manual is a joke, littered with genuinely comical typing errors and missing punctuation, and so is the site! My favourite is 'Dr Rick Ovens' giving a big approval on the product under the buy button, and then he starts his video by introducing himself as 'Jon', one of the founders of this company. I genuinely feel like such an idiot for getting conned like this - their refund policy wants you to ship it back to China which is just a pain in the ass.
