Rob was great he measured and advised he showed us examples he was always polite and a perfect gentleman and always replied to emails & queries assuring a smooth process. The fitters were on time they were polite & so quick, efficient & tidy, they were so quiet & worked hard I did not hear conversation just they just had their heads into it. Thank you guys you completed a lovely job I love my door so thank you TVW I recommend you & will use you for other projects.

Thames Valley Windows worked with us over several months to give us a new front entrance to replace our old door and windows. There was brickwork removal required and renovation to the exterior rendering and interior plaster. The job was completed over several visits with different expertise . We love the new door and windows and it lets so much extra light into the hallway.

Love our new doors! The install team were great, communication leading up to the install was great (which is often where companies fall down) and little (normal) niggles were quickly dealt with.

15 years after excellent installation of windows, doors and guttering by TVW, we lost a gutter stopend and needed to replace it. This proved very difficult through guttering suppliers who would only sell these in multiples of 10 so we contacted TVW in the hope you could help us. Replacement part arrived today with no charge for it or postage. Exemplary after-sales service!

The whole process of getting our new windows was great. As I am currently undergoing cancer treatment when our windows were measured & installed everyone on site very kindly wore masks as I am immuno compromised.

The fitters left everything tidy and clean after installing the windows & everyone we communicated with were helpful and friendly.

Thames Valley Windows supplied and installed replacement windows, patio doors and a new front door at my home. All were supplied and fitted spot on to an agreed tight time schedule. The fitters were first class, installing the windows with all the required trims and very little mess. The finished product gave my home a new look and was first class.

Our windows were replaced c 30 years ago by Thames `valley `windows. We had no hesitation in contacting TV for our current replacement windows and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent and the two installers were superb. Very little collateral disturbance and the overall result with windows and doors was perfect.

The end-to-end customer experience was excellent. Competence, capability, communication, project management, product quality and an outstanding installation team. And no delays.

Efficient and communicative producing an excellent result for my garden office - recommended.

Update (June 2024):
After I posted the review below, TVW contacted me and one of their senior staff visited to inspect the doors again at the end of February. They had to wait until the weather improved, and so in April sent someone round to sand, repaint and revarnish the doors. This was meant to take two days - unfortunately due to weather and the slow work of the decorater it took five days, but he did a good job and the doors look much better.

Unfortunately the decorator did not bring the correct sealant and could not adjust the hinges to improve the closing, but someone was sent a couple of weeks later to sort this out.

Finally, 9 months after my initial enquiry, the doors are back looking their best again!

Had oak patio doors installed in late 2018 which looked great for about four years. Spring 2023 the outside coating started flaking off. The door sill also split about 10 inches.

I contacted TVW in July 2023, they sent someone round four weeks later, but without any of the tools/materials to fix the job. It is now February 2024, nearly 7 months from when I first contacted them and they have made no attempt to fix the issue.

They say they need coating that comes from Romania (!) and every time I contact them, they make excuses - it hasn't arrived, they didn't send enough of it etc.

The doors have now been through winter without the coating (a lot more has come of) to the extent where the water's getting into the wood which is starting to show signs of rotting. It's also made the doors expand, meaning they're difficult to close.

Avoid if you want decent service!!

We have used Thames Valley Windows for over 20 years and have recently had our front door and kitchen window replaced. We were kept informed of progress following the initial design consultation with Joe, up to installation. They were fitted efficiently and with minimal disruption. We had a couple of minor adjustments needed, and they came out the same day to resolve. We are very happy with the service received

Thames Valley Windows fitted double-glazing to our house 20 years ago and it's as good as new so there was only one choice when we needed some additional windows.

Nothing was too much trouble for Philip - he came back 3 times to help us sort a problem with the locking mechanism.

The whole process of ordering my new door to getting it installed went smoothly and I was kept informed along the way. The whole process took 3 months.
