Vicki was very helpful. Smooth transaction. The only bad thing is I have to wait until November 2020 for all items to be in stock. That’s when the delivery will take place. They offer a 0% financing offer when the items are paid in full by 6 months. I took advantage of that offer. Hopefully the scamdemic won’t impact my delivery and furniture availability.

Kate was very quick to reply to my questions on chat about the furniture I wanted to purchase. And when she didn't know the answer, she told me she would research and get back to me (which she did). She even had tech support call me when I had troubles while placing the order online. I like how she knew the detais of the additional coverage plan too. Thanks for the help Kate! Dealing with John at DiningRoomsOutlet.com was an absolute pleasure. We had originally ordered six bernhardt dining room chairs from Wayfair. A week later I received an email from Wayfair stating the charis had been cancelled and the set was no longer available. I called John at Dining Rooms Outlet. John confirmed the availability and matched Wayfair's price. I actually saved $200 because I saved on sales tax.
