My sister used Tuyo Health while in vacation and she recommended them to me. I have a busy work schedule and it is hard to get to a doctor’s office. Dr. Echeverry was very knowledgeable and understanding. Their customer service was also very helpful with setting up the correct pharmacy. The experience was smooth and quick. I definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.

My experience with Tuyo Health was seamless! I was able to meet with a doctor and pickup my prescription within three hours of visiting their site. The experience was such a lifesaver while on vacation. I highly recommend their platform.

My second three month prescription went up 43% in cost. If you read what the drug should cost I would be back down to my original prescription cost even though my weekly dosage went up a bit.

Secondly the cost went up almost $200 from the quote I approved - but I can't locate a copy of that quote.

I give high marks to Kellie the NP and Samuel the customer service rep. They both were very helpful, professional and respectful of my concerns.

About 4 months ago I decided to look into online providers after I had spent about a year trying to get the semaglutide shot through my insurance. Tuyo's team has been so helpful and attentive from the moment I signed up. Dr. Echeverry was so patient answering my millions of questions, and has followed up with me consistently throughout this process. The online platform is also great; you can track your weight, message your provider directly, and watch any instructional videos. Tuyo has been instrumental in my weight loss journey. I can't recommend them enough.

I just used Tuyo’s primary care on Sunday and it was such a life saver! I am a busy mom who woke up not feeling my best and I did not have time this week to go to my primary care, wait hours to see my doctor and find baby sitting to be able to do all this. Within minutes I was able to set up an online call with an NP named Kellie and she was able to listen to my symptoms and send me an antibiotic! She was very knowledgeable and made sure what I was taking would be safe while breastfeeding my baby. I proceeded to drive-thru pick up my medication from my local CVS and the process was so wonderful and seamless! I definitely plan to use Tuyo for more services in the future!

I am a real person that has used this. I can't tell you enough how absolutely amazing everyone has been. Dr German Echevry is amazingly attentive. I just started taking the shot a few days ago and already can tell a huge difference. I can eat and with the shot, I actually feel full. I will update when I have been taking it for a month. The whole team is amazing. They call and text you immediately for anything you ask. It is so reasonably in price. The one star review left is so wrong. Try using them first, then you actually can have something to say that you actually know about. I have sent my friends here as well. I have a tricky situation with my health and they have accommodated EVERY need. Everyone should use them for weight-loss. I can't tell you enough to use them. I am so happy and on the road to losing the weight I need with the backing of Tuyo. They have worked with myself and also included my primary care physician. Anything I ask, they meet my needs immediately. Use them NOW!!!

I was very skeptical at first due to the low amount of reviews and how new the company was but I decided to give them a shot and ordered from them when I ordered from them on a Friday and was told the order would go out on that following Monday but unfortunately it did not ship out and the money left my account with no shipment update I was worried I was scammed but the staff kept Contact with me the whole time answered every question I had I honestly feel bad for how rude I was but it turns out the just had a miscommunication from the pharmacy they went through and my order shipped out that wednesday arrived Thursday and I have been happy with them ever since the product works when I call i get a real human right away every time they are new so they may stumble a little but over all I'm very glad I picked them. And I absolutely would recommend you try them out.
