If this company ever comes back, DO NOT BUY!!! They took my money and disappeared. I returned the product, and have the tracking ID that shows that they accepted it. They have a maximum amount of time to wait to receive a refund, but that has passed months ago now.
My emails to them about my refund were immediately returned, saying that the email no longer exists. Their original Shopify page has vanished and says that the store is no longer available. Their phone number does not ring. This was a waste of money and this level of customer service is unacceptable. I returned the product because it was low quality and wasn't the color we wanted. It was not even worn.
This is for Tuxy order 59526. You all should be ashamed for keeping my money, and I'm sure many others! I will be exploring all avenues to resolve this matter.

Great product but the worst customer service. Returned 2 pieces out of 3 I ordered as didn't like the color and never got back refund. The website looks like was never being updated as well since December. Feels like company is going bankrupt. Do not order from them.

Achtung scam! auf eine 48 Euro Bestellung wurden bei Lieferung nochmal 40 Euro zollgebühr verlangt, davon war bei der Bestellung nie die rede.
Worst Customer Service Ever
I have never dealt with a company with worse customer service. When my husband first ordered the suit, he never even got a confirmation email. After two weeks with no info, he reported it to his cc company as a scam and then suddenly the suit arrived a couple of days later. The pocket zipper broke within the first week, and no one has gotten back to me (I've tried the chat widget, email, social media messages as per their website) for weeks. I like the comfort and style suit but will never order from this company again due to the zipper quality and terrible customer service.

12/16/24, I paid extra shipping fee (delivery 5 - 7 days) assuming my order would deliver by 12/23. That didn't happen. I emailed Tuxy and got a robot email response. I did get one Shopify email showing shipping status. I clicked on the tracking link and it took me to some unknown Chinese shipping website--yeah, now I'm worried! After clicking the links, it's clear this Canadian company doesn't ship from their location. Their products are shipped directly from China. I'm sending a demand for a refund of my shipping fee. Let's see what happens with that!! So sick of having to be constantly suspicious of online clothing retail, but that's how it is now. I highly recommend people stay away from purchasing anything from this company.
Orders payed and not sent-no reaction/answer
I have to orders open that I payed on nov 8th (58333) and nov 26 (59286). The first one had a lable created for ups but to this day(as ups confirmed) has not been handed over to ups, the second one has not even a lable created. I wrote more than 20 emails by now, spoke on the answering machine and wrote over insta and over paypal. I did not get any valid reaction other than we got your message. Now there is no reaction much less an answer! More than sad and nasty!!
Keep your hands off that company!!!
Never dispatched, no contact
Placed an order, heard nothing for two weeks. Sent in an email after a week asking for an update, and received no response whatsoever. Have now contacted by bank to dispute the transaction.
Think before you buy
The tuxy suit is anything but comfortable!
The outside is somewhat soft, but the inside is very itchy and not soft at all! Way to expensive for what you get. Don't waist your money, it's really not worth it. I had high hopes to have a comfy home suit, but unfortunately is it not the case.
Also customer service isn't good, I had to wait very long until they shipped my suit, I had to send several emails before I got an answer. But to be honest, they refunded me 30$ for the fact I had to wait very long.

DONT SUPPORT THIS PRODUCT OR ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. I WORKED WITH THEM AND THE CEO DEREK MARTIN DIDNT PAY ME. ALWAYS LATE AND THEY DIDNT PAY LAST SALARY. I TRIED TO REPORT THEM TO CANADA LABOUR BUT HAVE NOT HEARD UNTIL NOW. ANY INVESTORS NOR CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT DEAL WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL SCAMS.

If you need to exchange a product, you will NEVER hear back from them again. THIEFS. Have been waiting since immediately after Christmas for an exchange, have reached out over and over again, NO replies.
SCAM - poor product, no customer service no refund
An absolute nightmare. Although tuxy advertises easy returns and money back guarantees, this is far from the truth especially if you order from outside Canada. First, there is a complicated procedure to request for the return which involves them giving a list of all the reasons they may reject the item—including being subject to duties/taxes when it arrives back to Canada to dissuade you from taking this option. You then have to pay for the courier which cost me over $50 USD from the UK. Even after all of that it’s been over 1.5 months now and I have had neither confirmation nor my money back. They never respond via chat or pick up the phone and when you email customer service they just reply that it takes time but never look into your specific situation. I am now forced to report them to the better business bureau and my credit card company. Have now noticed that there are others in the same boat who are trying to get their attention via social media posts. Interesting they have no review option on their fb and other social as I think they have a received many complaints and negative reviews in the past.
