Assembly was incredibly straightforward. We feel it's very safe for our 2 month baby, and it's so easy to keep clean. We haven't tried the other features yet, but we're excited to use them!

I have been eyeing this highchair up since I was pregnant, I can honestly say I LOVE IT! I can currently use it for all 4 of my children with such a big age gap!

The velcro seal on the bouncer doesn't reach when our baby sits within it as it's not adjustable. The material covering the straps has caused a rash on his neck either side.

Very flexible and easy to put together. Looks like it will provide years of use for both grand children, 21 months and 1 month.
Lovely set. Really good quality upholstery and buckles. Comfortable for the baby too.
The rocker part is so small and the seat so shallow that I doubt baby will get much use out of it, which is a shame as I wouldn’t have opted for the package with it I’d have known. The rocker seat fabric is also not really easily washable as it can’t be removed which is also a shame. The high chair part seems pretty good though - will likely get more use out of that. Once I realised the rocker part wasn’t actually really going to be fit for purpose for very long, I had wanted to return it and just purchase the high chair bit but there was a £25 collection charge for returns which is a bit cheeky. So now I’m stuck with it…
The multi-year aspect of this product is just great, stores nicely for the sections you don't currently need and is portable enough to take away.
Quick delivery, looks good, haven’t built it yet as baby isn’t due yet
I would not know about the quality as I have not had it delivered. I bought this 4 months ago. When purchasing I was informed I had to wait 3 months for my order and I was ok with that. In the last month I have been scheduled delivery over 7 times and no delivery took place. I was informed my order will now take 2 more months to be delivered. Unacceptable as I could have saved myself a lot of time and effort by not buying from this company.

My great granddaughter has only used the rocker so far but all easy to put together and the quality is obvious. She will hopefully have many years use.
Seems really sturdy (haven't started using it yet but put it all together and experimented with the different formations). The packaging was good - some of the clasps had snapped but it didn't affect the quality of the mechanisms. If only it had arrived packed in the storage bag so that we know how to get it back in (currently doesn't fit at all!!)

We bought this for our grandchild who is due later this year. The multi functionality and age range attracted us to this particular chair. Cant comment as yet on actual use of the chair.
