Good Experience
I want to say that first, I’m extremely happy with the quality and performance of the product. I was recently on a trip overseas and had an issue with losing the “plug” that is on the water reservoir. I opened it and as I did so, it popped off and went down an open sink drain. I went to your website and try to get a replacement part only realizing you don’t sell the replacements. After corresponding via email, your company sent me a whole new unit. Since then I’ve purchased two more water flossers as gifts for my husband and my brother so thank you!!!! You have a loyal advocate and user.

When things go wrong
Perhaps the best test of a company is when things go wrong. How do they react.? A button became stuck on our Tuski. All it took was a phone call a photo and within days a new replacement arrived, free of charge. Excellent firm to deal with and a fine piece of dental kit . Thank you
