Would never buy a Tuski again
The button to change the tips kept getting stuck after a few months and then stopped charging after 12 months. I purchased from the Australian website but because they no longer have a store my warranty does not apply. Poor customer service.

Issue resolved with Facebook messaging.
When I had an issue with the product I had some difficulty getting in touch with customer service. But as soon as I messaged on Facebook I heard from someone immediately and was shipped a new water flosser and am very happy with the ultimate outcome.

I purchased tow (2) Tuski Flosser and the first one that I used stop working completely in less than two (2) months that I have been using it.
I sent numerous emails/messages though their website that says that they will repond within 24 hours but I never got a single respond from them which I think is unprofessional and unethical.
The after sales service is the most disgusting and dreadful experience I had from a company that sells their product through Face Book.
I wish they will improve this area of their business.
