I traveled from uk to Istanbul to a clinic for implants and had a very bad experience, the Istanbul’s clinic did some extractions and bone graft and sent me back to uk, I realised after they were a tourist clinic, there were extra charges for x rays and medication and I had to go to different locations for different treatment, they did not do my bone graft properly and I was sent back to uk, I had already booked a holiday to Antalya few days later

When I arrived in Antalya my Pain from bone graft got worse and worse and was unbearable, I called the istanbul clinic and they were of no help and told me to take pain killers and it’s normal.

I thought I was going to die and there was no help!

I searched for dental clinics in Antalya and no one was interested in helping as they did not want to touch me as I had been to a different clinic and they did not want to be responsible for any issues.

I thought I was going to die and the pain was unbearable and I was not fit to travel back to uk either.

Finally I managed to speak to Dr Turan at Turancu Dental Clinic Antalya and he agreed to check the issue as he realised I was in pain and no one else would help, he done all the x rays and tests and confirmed the gone graft was not done properly and I was developing an infection, the stitching was a mess and the bone graft was leaking out.

He removed the stitching, cleaned out the bone graft and applied medication to area I was in relief immediately!

He did all FREE of Charge and would not take any payment and was sorry I was a victim of poor service.

I was feeling better and managed to enjoy rest of my holiday and returned back to uk.

I have now after 6 months returned and had 2 implants fitted and no bone graft was needed.

The istanbul clinic was a tourist trap, they charged for everything extra, I had to go to different clinics for x rays and go buy medication myself it all added up to being expensive also they did not carry out treatment properly and there pain and suffering I experienced can’t be explained, my life was ruined.

Dr Turan has an amazing clinic, fully equipped with all latest equipment and everything is an in house under one roof, all x rays and all medication was all included in the treatment and prices very fair and much cheaper than istanbul.

Amazing aftercare and friendly and professional staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

I stayed in the Double Tree Hilton above the clinic very convenient location and accommodation near all amenities

I felt I needed to leave a detailed and honest review of my amazing experience with Dr Turan and the bad experience in Istanbul and the pain I went through and was so lucky to come across Dr Turan’s clinic.

I struggled with my teeth for years, and choosing Truncu Dental was the best decision I’ve ever made!

I had my teeth done just over two years ago—28 crowns in total. When I arrived, I needed far more dental work than initially planned, but they didn’t charge me anything extra. My teeth are still as perfect as the day they were done!

The aftercare is next level. When I messaged them about a chipped tooth, they immediately offered to fix it free of charge—you don’t get that kind of service anywhere else!

If you’re thinking about getting a smile makeover, this is the place to go. Best in the business, best in Turkey!

I was very dubious about going to Turkey for my dental problems. There was so much negativity in the media with Turkey Teeth!
However, I was recommended to Dr Turan and cannot say anything negative about his clinic, his staff, his professionalism, the high tech equipment, the cleanliness.
I certainly struck lucky with this dental practice.
So much so, I have recommended several clients to him, and they have all been very happy.
Any problems, any questions you can call him and talk to him.
Any complaints (I had none), he will sort it immediately.
Dr Turan is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and the follow up is second to none. He and his staff want you to be 100% happy with any treatment you have there. But as you know, they are far cheaper than any dentist you use in UK - thats if you can get an appointment!
He only uses first class products for every treatment, and he guarantees his work.
I, and many others I know, are totally happy with his work.

Aufgrund einer Wurzelbehandlung die ich in Deutschland hatte, kamen im Nachgang nochmals starke schmerzen im Kiefer. In dieser Zahnklinik wurde mir schnell und sehr kompetent geholfen. Der Zahnarzt hat eine Höhen Differenz an dem Nachbar Zahn festgestellt, welche unmittelbar Druck auf die Wurzel Wunde verursachte. Mega. Das war der Grund weswegen ich ständig diesen Druck hatte und womöglich die Wurzelbehandlung überhaupt gemacht werden musste. Da muss man in der Türkei zum Zahnarzt um so ein Missstand in den Zähnen überhaupt festzustellen. Herzlichen Dank an das tolle Team in Antalya für die wertvolle Hilfe. I would recommend this clinic to anyone thinking of having dental work done.
Dr Turan had been recommended by a friend who had implants fitted and sang his praise.
It's difficult to chose a dentist from an online review and I was really apprehensive about going solely on reviews as these can be faked.
Luckily this word of mouth recommendation came to me and I followed up with research on the Internet and chose this clinic for my full set of zirconium crowns including a bridge.
From my first contact with Dr Turan he put me at ease. Spoke very good English but more than that seemed to really care about what was right medically. You will not be sold unessasary treatment here!
Everything was explained to me in detail every step of the way.
With a real personal touch, its things like getting a message last thing at night asking if everything is OK and being told that you can contact the dentist any time if you feel pain through the night. Made me feel I was in safe hands.
On the weeks leading upto my treatment any correspondence was answered on the same day and video calling available for more in depth conversations. This company does not have a massive online presence but rely more on word of mouth.Please trust me when I say you will not be sold anything you don't need only the treatment that is medically right for you, I would thoroughly recommend!

From getting picked up at the airport to going home i have had the most incredible experience.i was a complete nervous wreck and i was made at ease with the team. What can I say Dt. Ziya Osmanlı is a magician what he has done to me will change my life forever and I can not thank him enough ❤️.I was originally going to Istanbul and changed my mind about 6 weeks ago even paid a deposit...however the communication I had from Melissa was second to none from day 1 she has been there for me if I needed even put together an itinerary for me of things to do on my down time again thank you.i will be back next year for the last few teeth I have left I am forever grateful 🙏

Wow what can I say what a great clinic
Dr Turan is amazing and the team are all so friendly and welcoming.
I had done a lot of research before I chose to have my teeth done at this clinic my friend had already been to see Dr Turan and had his teeth done here too. They are all so helpful and all of my concerns and worries was answered they looked after me from the moment I got off of the plane they picked me up from the airport and took me to the Hilton doubletree hotel which there clinic is beneath. I had an appointment the next day with Dr Turan and we discussed my treatment plan and I chose the Zirconium crowns once my prep work was done I had my temporary ones fitted whilst they made my crowns then two days later I had my crowns fitted that had come back from the lab they are perfect they fit me like a glove they are beautiful and look natural.
I am so happy that I chose to come to see Dr Turan and his team they are all amazing and all fantastic everyone in the clinic are so helpful nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this clinic if you are thinking of having your teeth done you will be so happy with the results and the professional and friendly service that they provide.
All I can say is thank you very much I am one very happy lady you are all fantastic.

Turuncu dental clinic in Antalya

Collected from the airport and transported to the hotel, very promptly, which was great after landing at 1am. (Weds)
Day 1 (Thursday )

10am met with Melissa from Truncu dental clinic and taken to the clinic, which is in the same building at the Hilton hotel.

Talked thru the procedure Dr Turan Sekmen on what my expectations, and how he thinks is the best course.

Zirconium monolithic crown (upgrade to the planned, due to my grinding of teeth at night)

We spoke and decided on the crown style and colour.

I was advised to have zirconium monolithic,
these are recommended if you grind your teeth, which I do… these are meant to be more resistant to chipping than the normal zirconium crowns.

Proceeded to be x-ray and scan my teeth,
Dr Turan immediately prepared my teeth for temporaries and re-scanned.

Exact copies of my current teeth made in temporary crowns and was fit.

Day 2 2pm (Friday)

Removed my temp crowns, 12 upper and 12 lower, worked my new shaped crowns, ensuring the look and shape was as planned.

These temporary new crowns fitted (just temporary crowns)

Day 3 &4 (sat and sun) rest days

Saturday morning we did go into the surgery after a temp Crown come lose during breakfast, this was quickly placed back in, was assured this is quite common, as they need to stay in but also need to be removed for the real crowns Monday.

Day 5 (Monday)

Trial fit of the 12+12 zirconium monolithic crowns, We remove the temporary crowns and fit the new teeth

Had a slight alteration to the length of the front teeth, the crowns was sent to the lab for re-coating and curing, and the temporary crowns were refitted.

Day 6

Fitting day of the zirconium crowns!

These fit very well, we tested them on very hard nuts (carefully I might add) Although Dr Turan insisted we go for it..

3D scanned and x-ray the teeth complete, impressions for the night guards taken.

Day 7

Ensure the night guard was a good fit and photos taken.. All done.

Initially we was apprehensive but…

we’d read the reviews and made the decision after a lengthy search for our treatment, i based my decision on the location: Antalya (beautiful location.. holiday in between sessions)
Cost was a factor, not the expensive or cheapest, a good balance!
Key was a family run clinic, not just a business.
Hotel.. 5 star Doubletree by Hilton, the Clinic is actually in the same building as the Hotel.

All of the staff from Melissa (our representative) to the reception, to all the medical staff nurses doctors surgeon was so helpful and reassuring, nothing was too much.

What is really surprising.. there is quite a bit of work done, and pain free I must add !!

Day 8 and my new teeth feel like they belong and more so how well the gums have taken to them…

I can honestly say my gums feel great, no pain, no discomfort at all..
4 days on and feel natural and great.

After looking at many clinics I decided on Turuncu Dental Clinic and am very please with my decision. I was met at Antalya Airport and driven to my Hotel , on day two the clinic called me to assure me that everything was organised and was picked up and driven to the clinic accompanied by Sophia. We arrived and met the team who explained the procedure and was assured that everything would be fine , which it was . I am returning to Antalya in March for further treatment and after my first appointment am looking forward once again in meeting the team and finalising my perfect smile .
I would recommend the Turuncu Clinic to anyone for there customer service and friendly team thank you and see you in 2023

Thank you all at the Turuncu Dental Clinic for the excellent service and treatments throughout my first visit.
My teeth had been an embarrassment to me for many years and has effected my well-being.
I chose Turuncu Dental Clinic, after researching many others, because of the services they offered, their excellent facilities, the experience and qualifications of their staff and of course their very reasonable estimate on the overall cost.
After a thorough examination, including X-rays, I was advised I needed the removal of my remaining 16 teeth, 6 implants in my upper and lower jaws and bone grafts.
I was understandably anxious about the surgery but the kindness, guidance, support and care offered to me by all of the staff involved soon alleviated my concerns and I felt confident in their expertise, experience and professionalism.
From my initial arrival at the airport all arrangements had been expertly coordinated by Sophia, who’s help I found invaluable. She was and is in regular contact and always willing to answer any questions I have.
I look forward to my second visit in March 2023, to seeing you all again and you restoring my rightful smile.

A perfect service from start to finish, Sophia my liason lady has been absolutely perfect from the moment I contacted the clinic she had guided me through everything, answered every question and it's because of her I choose the clinic. From entering the clinic evey member of staff has made me feel at ease 100%. I'm totally happy with the service given to me. I would highly recommend this clinic

These guys deserve some sort of reward because I went there with my family members of 4 people and we all left there looking amazing.. I got my teeth whitened and the results were amazing.. the service was immaculate.. I am a very happy customer and would recommend this place highly.. they will 100% see me again and got a customer for life!!!!
