Purchased items with the 20% discount they offered , but on receipt of invoice they had charged full price. Trying to contact customer service is a joke, they replied after 3 days saying order had already been dispatched and couldn’t be cancelled. No explanation why they 20% off hadn’t worked. Total con artists, won’t be using them again.

Not a good look Turtle wax, you have products showing as buy one get one free, I ordered Pro 1 and done polishing compound as your advert states buy one get one free, I received one bottle, you can't mislead people with your ads, I have emailed you a picture of the advert, I could have purchased it cheaper from ebay, one way of losing customers

Just so people know the offer for buy one get one free is mis advertised, its only available if you do not go for the New year offer. Its blatant mis advertising, and mis-leading the customer, go elsewhere.

One star is being generous. Ordered some items over six weeks ago now. The order is still not complete. Good products if you can get hold of them!

Over a week ago I placed an order with the unscrupulous Turle wax,not only was my delivery late they short me of three products,to date I have written one email every day since and you guessed it,the low grade people at turtle wax have not replied, after this has been resolved I advise anyone do not deal with this company because they operate like pirates,they will take your money but in return you will receive customer service that will be at home in third world locations, absolutely frigging atrocious at best but yet they exist,if turtle wax had anything about them I suggest leaving the uk,nothing you do is professional so your not fit for purpose and the uk deserve better than what you serve up to the unsuspecting public.

I should have read the reviews first, delivery is terrible, asked for update and they just provide tracking number, sorry but Evri says it's still not even on route 4 days since ordering, I shall not be ordering again or recommending them unfortunately. It's simple to get this sorted, dispatch same day before a certain cut of time. Don't use Evri, allow customers to pay for shipping rather than Evri ? Simple ?

There was a problem with my order, the money had been taken from my CC but the order hadn't been confirmed and wasn't appearing in 'My account'. Via their website I contacted their customer services team and the problem was sorted out the same day. This was thanks to Charelle the customer services agent who dealt with the issue

Bought some wheel cleaner, which I used and did not appear to do anything more than using soapy water. Left a 2 star negative review. Got an email the day after thanking me for my review - so I went to the product page online and it shows just 1 review, 5 out of 5, no mention of my negative review,

Absolutely waste of time ordering from them direct...They promote a product...assure you the order will be forfilled correct via numerous emails, only to sent an incorrect order...Having to ask PayPal to help get a refund...Keep clear

I’ve used this brand’s car products for so many years, generally I bought it because i believed their car cleaning products would be one of the best etc.

Over the last few years, I experienced something strange on two of the tyre polishing sprays, years apart. Both just somehow leaked in the back of my car’s? This was extremely annoying especially the recent time as I only used it twice.

I wrote to the company twice on their form filling sections on the website.

To-date both times I was completely ignored😳

I’m not sure why? But on two occasions of complaining, there has been no response or replies.

I don’t recommend anyone wasting good cash on this brand as they don’t give a dam about their customers!!!

Good products, but customer service really bad. They don't reply to emails and I can't return an item because no one wants to tell me an address. Also when they were replying the responses were unprofessional and seemed like they were doing me a favour to reply

Terribly slow delivering out goods and then dont reply to an email to ask for an update. Also use Evri for final mile which just adds to delays

All the Turtle wax products I've used have been easy to use, reasonably priced and make my car clean and look glossy.
The Hybrid Solution products are stand out. I highly recommend Pro Graphene Flex, Pro Pure Wash, and Ceramic 3-in-1 detailer.
They regularly have buy 1 get 1 free, discount codes, and package buys on their website which makes it cheaper than buying through Amazon.
Only downside is delivery usually takes a few days (but is at least free p&p)

Not many years ago Turtle Wax was a well regarded market leader. It's now a two-bit outfit conning people with product that does not work and worthless Customer Service. They seem oblivious to UK trading law, making false claims about the effectiveness of product. I purchased Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions Fabric Protector to use on the fabric roof of my Mazda. The product container states "stain repelling and hydrophobic barrier to protect against water and oil-based contaminants for automotive fabrics including soft top roofs. As per the instructions on the bottle, I cleaned and prepared the roof to the letter using Meguiars Convertible Top Cleaner which I purchased at the same time, also from Amazon. I then applied three coats of the Turtle Wax Fabric Protector, again exactly following the instructions. After completing it and leaving to dry for over 24 hours I tested the result by applying some water lightly to the roof. Apart from a few small beads of water most of the water just soaked straight into the fabric. I couldn't believe it possible that it was so ineffective. I then did a bit of online research (pity I didn't do this before parting with my money) and found an independent test on You Tube where a carpet floor mat was treated with the Turtle Wax. EXACTLY THE SAME RESULT AS MY JOB. Water was applied and it just soaked in to the mat. It was a total waste of money, time and effort for me. I contacted Turtle Wax "Customer Service" in Liverpool and was asked to provide my Amazon order number, photo of receipt, photo of the bottle label and a photo of the treated roof showing the water soaked in. Loads of hassle. I was promised a call back after they received it. Needless to say no call back. I then phoned them again, pretty annoyed by now and spoke to another person. This guy said that he was very familiar with the product as he had been involved in the development of it. Not something that I would have admitted to had I been in his shoes! Anyway, according to him the Meguiars cleaner I had used was not compatible with their product. What a joke. I pointed out that if the cleaning product was critical then they should sell their Fabric Protector as a kit as AutoGlym do. He promised he would call me back that same day when he had looked into the problem. He didn't. I then phoned the following day (today) and spoke to the same female that I first spoke with. She promised to call me back by 5pm. It is now after 6pm and of course she had no intention of doing so. Both she and the guy had asked me in conversation what would be a satisfactory resolution for me. I said that I would write-off the time and effort if they made a good-will payment of £30 to cover the cost of the Meguiars Cleaner and Turtle Wax Protector. The female pretended to not know what a good-will payment is!!! So they have messed up and are not willing to resolve it at a cost of just £30. Hence my justification in calling them two-bit. My intention is to re-do the roof using the AutoGlym product which I have been told since is THE product to use. I am considering referring Turtle Wax to Trading Standards as I believe they are conning people with this product.

Aweful company zero customer service, ordered online never received items.

This company were good a few years ago! I don’t know what’s happened but they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. I ordered tyre dressing from them. It arrived quite quickly but the lid hadn’t been screwed on properly so half the contents had leaked into the box and was lost. I eventually found a phone number for them but there was no response from any extension. I did leave an answerphone message. I went to their site . This said I should send an email but the form was not available. I then wrote them a letter. No reply after a week. Went back to their site but this time the contact page was operating. I left a message but no reply so far! I’m not going to let this go so next step in to refer it to my credit card provider. I’ll never purchase from then online. If I must have one of their products in the future if I can’t get it locally I’ll use one of their competitors. Dreadful company to deal with. AVOID!

They send you these discount codes by Email some look to good not buy only at checkout you use this code for this product yet it came with the email. Emailing them is such hard work to get any response if you it’s no use to you what ever be aware of thr customer service if anything goes wrong you may never get it resolved even after several emails.👎🏻

4th form of contact for missing order. No customer service. Avoid buying from them directly, not worth the hassle. Late delivery and now the order is partly missing, which I’ve paid for. Just been plainly ignored for over a week. No support whatsoever.

It's a shame as the products are good, I ordered several items, partly on Amazon, but TurtleWax still the distributor so it still counts as they do all the shipping etc and partly direct through the website. On the invoice for the website order it said 24 hour delivery and stated on the website items ordered before 2pm are dispatched same day. 3 days later after not being dispatched I complained. Rather than someone actually responding with words they just suddenly send it out and give me a tracking number which is Royal Snail 48 hour delivery. So I was already annoyed and then to add to that annoyance of nearly £200 worth of stuff taking an age to arrive Royal Snail have seemingly lost everything I ordered through Amazon as tracking has stuck in Birmingham for a week, why Birmingham I don't know as I am in Leeds and TurtleWax are in Liverpool but for some strange reason they drove straight past and carried on for another 100 miles. By this point I don't expect I'll get the Amazon order and hopefully I'll get the website order, fingers crossed, even if it is late, but surely you can do better than this. As usual I'm let down by Royal Snail but I had hoped for more from such a large company as Turtlewax. As an update, great, now it's all in Birmingham, I can only assume Birmingham is Royal Snail code for you're not getting any of your stuff...

Dump of a company crap products crap service... Don't buy from them they'll just rob you of your money I never received my products and no refund... Should not be allowed to do this I'm gunna take them to court.
