ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE
Turnkey Vacation Rentals requires reservation holder to register every single guest on their portal. Upon arrival, the guard did not have the list of our guest names and would not allow my guests to enter. Dealing with this company has been a headache from
the beginning, as due to our work schedule my wife would have arrived earlier at the property than me and Turnkey Vacation Rentals rejected my request to register her as a secondary reservation holder. The level of customer service and flexibility to provide a smooth path to a short vacation was horrible and
absolutely unacceptable. Their responses are mostly canned automated responses that do not offer any help or solution. We were embarrassed in front of our guests would NEVER EVER use this or any other corporate-own property again.

Excellent customer service & communication with Turnkey. Have used their service a few times and will continue to do so. No complaints.

Our experience was good. There were a few aspects that could be improved for future guests, such as an area to take your dog, some things such as stains were left on the carpets, so on.

This was a great property in a quiet neighborhood. This 100 year old home has veiws draw you outside to the deck and the location is quick to so many things in town. The beds are comfortable and the space is roomy for all. The management company is very responsive.

Set your expectation on no air conditioning and unusable off-street parking for cars. The a/c would rarely be needed with the great breeze, though, and the street parking would easily have room for 2-3 cars.

We would love to stay here again. It has so much character that you don't find very often.

We absolutely loved this location. The kitchen was beautifully appointed and everything we needed was there… This is very unusual in our many years ago in Japan screens. It was immaculately cleaned is it a survey. The location was perfect for the pool, and we had a wonderful time. We’re hoping to book this location for next year.

The house and the pool are great - the house is clean and comfortable and just like the photos and the backyard spacious with a heated pool, perfect for our family of five. Be aware you can only heat the pool or the spa, not both at the same time - that wasn’t a problem for us given the weather. The only complaint is the backyard is immediately adjacent to a large construction site where 41 new homes are currently being built. So while you are lounging poolside, you are listening to constant construction noise, as well as dirt/dust/smells. This needs to be disclosed to potential renters. The house was is also in the flight path to the airport, so it can be noisy with planes overhead. Other than those two issues, I’d highly recommend. Turnkey was also very responsive when we had problems getting the pool heated our first day - they immediately fixed it.

This property is a delight. Very well appointed and CLEAN. This company does a great job of providing a very comfortable stay. We will be back!!!

The reservation and administration were easy and efficient. Arrival and access no problem. The property was in great condition, a little dusty and a some pet hair, but no big deal, its the desert after all. The neighborhood was quiet and it all worked out very well.

I rented this place for 31 days, started telling clients to have them come out, friends and family as well. Only to have it canceled, wow, not sure I will ever rent from your site again. No explanation, nothing. I was on the hook for the deposit so I could not back out without losing it so how can you back out then?

Frankly, I am embarrassed as I had told a lot of people.

This is not a review of the house. The house was great. This was a rebooked vacation from 2021 in which the State of California forbade house rentals due to COVID. It was very difficult to work this out with the phone agents. Once in Palm Springs, things were fine and they did an excellent job. I would say a very efficient operation that is lacking customer service.

We had a delightful time, the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is the information you sent me regarding check-in is a bit outdated.
The management team no longer requires an email and has moved their registration over to a website. The code to the locked key box is not valid, only the door code is needed. Giving me both codes was unnecessary and confusing.

Great place - very large and spacious, perfect for a big group. Highly recommend and will be back!

This casita more than met our expectations. Close to attractions. Easy to find and access major roads and airports. Master bathroom awesome. Especially appreciated the heated tile floor in winter months. Kitchen facilities were great and all needed appliances were available. On arrival, we had an issue with housekeeping, but it was immediately addressed and they were more than generous in making it up to us. Thank you!!! We will be making frequent trips to SF to visit our son and his family, so have already booked this casita for our next visit.

It would be great to update beds from queen size to king size. It snowed twice while we were there and could not find a snow shovel anywhere. Perhaps keep one available for use.

Quick, responsive, helpful, and friendly!

Turnkey always responded promptly but agents were often uninformed. We were told repeatedly that the property had no coffeemaker and that all rooms had ceiling fans. Neither was the case. Once we arrived our Home Care team contact was most attentive and knowledgeable. But most of our communications beforehand were apparently with employees off site with no first hand knowledge of the property and sometimes limited communication skills.

My husband and I stayed in this property for 2 months and never once had an issue except when the battery on the door lock died. Turnkey responded right away and even brought over a bottle of wine and some chocolates! The property was exceptional and management couldn't have been easier to work with.

The rental process was simple and instructions for check-in were thorough and clear. The property was meticulous.

Super responsive. The property itself had a number of issues, but the support folks at TurnKey were quick to get back to us, and get things fixed ASAP.

It's too bad that the property we rented had so many needs, but the TurnKey property management folks saved the day!

Everything was as expected and beyond. My only complaint was some of the flotation devices for the pool could not be inflated but there were plenty to choose from so not really a complaint. The faulty ones should be disregarded.
