Disappointing
I subscribed to receive a 3-month supply of turmeric supplements and, initially, the service was excellent. Emails were answered promptly, changes were handled efficiently, and the product quality was very good.
However, since March 2025 things have deteriorated significantly. My subscription payments have been taken on time, but the product has not been delivered. After considerable effort to get a response, I was offered an alternative which didn't cover my 3-month subscription. I had to purchase extra via a high street supplier.
The problem has now happened again: payment taken, no product delivered. When I contacted customer service via online chat, I was told my order number could not be found — even though it appears in my account. I was told it would be referred to a senior adviser, but I’ve heard nothing further.
The product is also out of stock elsewhere, yet the company continues to take subscription payments without notifying customers of supply issues or responding to queries.
This is very disappointing after such a strong start. I cannot recommend the subscription service based on this experience. I've requested a refund. Will it happen?
