Truck runs great only issue I have is the tail pipe came dented right at the end and it’s so noticeable

Ordered the complete kit over the phone because I had questions and the gentleman who sold it to me was very helpful. Bought the product. It came very quick. Everything installed as it should. I had a little problem with the programming like there always is and the tech support was awesome to deal with. Anybody that installs kits knows how important it is to have good people backing their product and that will actually get back to you. These guys are excellent. They help me figure it out. It was not a problem with the product, just a glitch in the system I guess. I would definitely recommend anybody that is going to do a delete or performance enhancement to definitely trust these guys. Will definitely use them again.

I ordered a turbo-back exhaust based on the product description and photos, which showed OEM hanger configuration. What I received was materially different and required modification to properly install the system.
The most frustrating part was not the product issue itself, but the customer service. Every response I received was a variation of “the system is correct and complete as designed,” without ever addressing the actual issue. My questions about functional support, compatibility with OEM hangers, and reasonable solutions were met with repetitive, circular responses that did nothing to solve the issue. Rather than working toward a realistic fix, such as supplying the appropriate hanger, their customer service simply dismissed the issue and repeated the same explanation over and over.
If you have an issue that requires more than a canned response, don’t expect meaningful support. Based on my experience, Tunerdepot shows little interest in standing behind what they advertise once the sale is complete.

The exhaust sounds awesome and was relatively easy to install.

Works as advertised, tune was easy to load, exhaust is high quality and truck runs better. The factory boost gage does work!

The tune itself went fine. However it's throwing a p04e3 code and I haven't been able to get it resolved. This is on a 2016 f250 6.7
I downloaded the updated version and installed without success. Seems they should have sent the tune already updated.

Everything went smooth. Install took 1/2 a day for full EGR/DPF delete.

I am very happy with the delete on my eco diesel. The vehicle runs great! The only hiccup we had was: First the EGR bypass kit for the Jeep Grand Cherokee is NOT the same kit that’s made for a Ram Truck. With that said, Tuner Depot reimbursed me for that and I was able to locate the proper kit. Second, the exhaust was a bit of a challenge, it’s designed to completely do away with all the muffler system. I wanted to keep the muffler but do away with the regeneration section. It challenged me but it was ultimately a success. I cut the flange off the regeneration piece that I took out and welded it to a piece that would make the connection to the down pipe. Alls well that ends well!

Answered all my questions perfectly, shipping was fast, EFI Live tunes made my LMM Duramax a whole different truck. Very easy to install with all instructions provided and extremely fairly priced. I will be buying many more things from them. Thanks Tuner Depot

I really like this company, yes there’s cheaper prices but honestly the exhaust makes a big difference vs others, oh and they answer your questions quick (usually within minutes)

Can't go lower. To this day zero response to questions and issues. The 5 inch pipe were out of round miss expanded on wrong ends. Paid a exhaust shop to fix, and paid way to much for a crap system with no support. Pay the extra penny to support a quality shop!

I paid $450 for tune files and $200 for full support service, with my total spending exceeding $2,400 across all orders. While I have no complaints about the equipment itself, the tune files and support have been severely lacking.

I do not feel I am receiving the value I paid for regarding the tune files and support. Despite asking multiple times, I have not been given clear information about what is included in the tune files I purchased. Each file should provide a description of what the tune does so customers understand what they are flashing to their truck. However, none of the files contain any description—only a filename that gives no meaningful detail about the contents.

This lack of transparency makes me feel as though the tune files are simply being downloaded from another source without any real understanding of what they include.

Purchased two delete kits from this company, one for a 2015 6.7 Cummins and one for my 2023 6.7 HO powerstroke. Both kits were extremely easy to install and both sound absolutely amazing. There was an error with my shipment and they fixed it instantly without any issues. Will buy from this company every time and will recommend to everyone!

Tuner Depot needs to have better communication and also needs to deliver the parts that we ordered and charged for. No one in this company has been any help or willing to help find a solution to the problem. They tell you to send an email for help which is auto generated and gets you nowhere. I never write reviews, but I hope this helps the people buying from them reconsider their purchase and buy from a more replicable company!

I had to send my computer for my 2022 ram Eco diesel to them from Florida to get programmed took twice as long to get the computer back as they said once it was returned it had multiple errors in the programming which they say is not their fault Now I’m sending it to someone else who says that programming is done wrong. They may be good on some, but definitely not the eco-diesel.

Wish the items had how instructions on where to place the terminal plugs and steps to install the egr plates and
Reroute the antifreeze lines.

The product we ordered did not work correctly. Getting any support from this company is nonexistent. They want emails sent, which are never answered.

10.27.25 about 1:00 p.m., I responded via email as suggested with order number, serial number of product, and truck VIN, plus a description of the issue. I hope a response is forthcoming.

11.25.25 Issue is finally resolved. Truck has been running very well for about a week. Hope it continues. Maybe it is a cultural issue, U.S. citizens expect immediate customer service and if they don't get it in the time they think is sufficent, then the bad reviews come out so I revised mine from and one to a four.

Always had an amazing experience with the guys over there all of them the girl that I deal with is the best take care of any issues, but there’s rarely ever any of those could not be happier
