Beautiful shutters, fitted expertly! Ian and the team were friendly, patient (with my ever changing mind!) and very professional. The installation went without a hitch and with no mess left at all. It was like they’d never been here…except for the lovely new shutters! Many thanks to all at TW shutters, we would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience dealing with Steve and the team at Tunbridge Wells Shutters.

We had just moved house and were keen to have shutters installed quickly. From first contact, Steve was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. It was easy to arrange a visit. Steve impressed us with his clear knowledge of what would work best and the timeline to have the shutters installed. He was friendly throughout. We appreciated that he wasn't trying to use any sales tactics either!

The quote was competitive in terms of overall cost and timelines, and we were keen to go with a well-reviewed local company.

Steve said it was going to be 9-10 weeks and, that amount of time later, he and three colleagues arrived with our made-to-measure shutters. They installed them in a few hours. We appreciated how friendly and tidy they were throughout.

We're delighted with the end result. The shutters look great and we're very happy. We fully expect to be contacting Tunbridge Wells Shutters in the near future to install more! Thank you once again!

I had shutters fitted today 5/10/23 by Tunbridge Wells Shutters. From start to finish they were incredibly friendly, helpful and experienced. The fitters were early and apologised for it(unheard of nowadays). Fantastically clean. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Right from the original meeting with Steve we knew we were in good hands. He talked us through all the options and explained everything thoroughly. We were told to expect a 9-10 week wait and it didn't take any longer. Iain arrived yesterday to install the shutters and again talked us through using and maintaining them. A completely professional and refreshing experience. We are so pleased we went with a small, competitve, local business and the shutters look absolutely great.

Tunbridge Wells Shutters are one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. From the first contact I made to having the shutters fitted, everything was so well handled, explained and dealt with. I really could not have asked for more and the product they have supplied is superb quality, expertly fitted and the price was very very reasonable when compared to others in the market, including self fitted versions!!! Shutters are made to measure, so do take a while to arrive but definitely worth the wait as the quality is excellent.

Whole process straightforward stress free and end result was what I wanted delivered and fitted well and on time. Shutters look really good.

I made an appointment and very quickly my windows were measured up and I got great advice of how to choose the best fit. I ordered, paid half upfront and balance after fitting so I’m very happy with the process.

I can’t recommend Tunbridge Wells shutters high enough. I had a visit from Steve who measured my window and then a couple of months later my beautiful shutters arrived and were fitted in no time at all by Ian and I have to say they are gorgeous! All done at a fair price and I am definitely telling everyone I know about them.
