My box came with no handles as shown, the measurements are misleading as the box slopes so the internal measurement is the tallest part at the back not the smallest part at the front. So overall I feel like I’ve been miss sold or given a faulty product for the price paid I’m extremely disappointed.

Thak you for spending time to review the Tuffbox Hertz, take on board your comments and we will look to provide some added measurements to show that the lid slopes on this product. The product is a relatively new product launching in 2026, it has had some design and manufacturing updates and is due to be photographed again in June 2026. The changes are minor and do not detract from the overall quality of the product, the changes are the location of the locks which were changed to improve the locking security and the handles were removed as the box without loading is too heavy to contemplate safe manual handling so to avoid any operative risk from attempting manual handling the handles on this particular model have been removed.
