Item as described and arrived earlier than expected!!

The pillow is as flat as a Pancake. Can't be used. I would like a refund

The sheets are wonderful and they were reasonably priced.

It is a gift do it has not been opened yet but it was delivered in a timely fashion

I needed to do a return and it was a little cumbersome. Your website was not clear on how to do it and when someone did get back to me they tried to give me a small credit if I kept the item. I got two different emails and asking if I would keep for a credit and the credit kept getting smaller. I did not want the item even if the credit was bigger. I was finally told that I could get a refund but then it took days for me to get the return label and I had to follow up before I got the label. I am still questioning if I will get a full refund. Returns must be easier than this for me to purchase from this company. I loved the stores and was a regular customer but not sure if I will by on this site again.

Horrible! The clothes weren’t as described they weren’t sized for a Women as indicated and I had no idea about your return policy I have to request/beg for the items to be returned and wait for responses after a couple of emails I finally received the return label sent items back just checked today 11/3 items were received back on the 19th of Oct and I’m still waiting for my refund!!!! This is POOR customer service

I love the quality of the sheets. however I wish they were a little longer and especially a little wider. I also really like the color and I will use them. I am particularly happy that they were made in the USA.
