Lack of empathy coming from a professional in the field,dealing with immigrants in general, I was told that I had no ties in Canada even though I have a family , That not even my ex partner wanted to sponsor me ? How does he know my life and marital issues or why I couldn't apply for my citizenship before .
Cero empathy towards clients maybe due to the fact that it was only a free consultation for 5 mins . He didn't have the time to tell me my options to stay in Canada, Again cero empathy towards my legal status
