OK functionality, excessive pricing, bad account management interface
The service works well in terms of functionality; however, the pricing per month seems rather excessive when you are not using it constantly, and the process to pause the account and reactivate it is unnecessarily complicated.

TubeSift is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform accessed through monthly or annual memberships. It is not a single use tool.
Our support team is available 7 days per week to assist customers, including with cancelation. We are available via email (support@tubesift.com) or our team can also be reached using the chat icon located on every page within the platform. We are always standing by to help our customers.
While we don't have the option to "pause" a membership, we are able to transfer saved data from an inactive account to a newly formed active account. This is possible within 60 days, as all related data will be permanently deleted after that period of time.

Making sales depends a lot on factors that TubeSift can not control. Your video ad, your landing/sales page, your offer, etc...
TubeSift simply helps you get your message in front of the right people at the exact moment they are searching for what you have to offer.
Based on those factors I don't think that a 2 star review is fair. TubeSift does exactly what it is supposed to do.
You not making sales is not a reason for us to get a low review like this.
Thanks for giving TubeSift a try though. I'd suggest you work to dial in your ad, lander, and marketing message and then give TubeSift a try again when those things are in order.

I strongly dislike the lack of customer…
I strongly dislike the lack of customer loyalty. Two of our letters remained unanswered. And the fact that you can not manage the subscription in the office. We paid for a whole month of use only because we could not change the settings on our own. Is it fair?
