frustrated experience with TT UKoffer
I purchased a service from TT UKoffer, run by Tao Tang. The experience was extremely shocking: the information misled me. When I realized and discussed the unreasonable aspects of the service with him and requested a refund…
I was suddenly blocked and completely cut off.
This experience left me deeply disappointed and frustrated, and caused me a lot stress. If you are interested in the full details, feel free to contact me.
On [12th Sep, 18:40], the company replied. I would like to clarify:
• In my original review, I never specified which type of service I purchased. However, the company referred to a “coaching service.” How would they know that?
• I have confirmed that I did not confuse this company with any other.
