Cheaters, they cheated on the painting utterly an unprofessional company...never had a such an experience..I gave a different reference and they did a different...its been 4months now no product nor refund..I just read all the comments..made a huge blunder and mistake on trusting them...
I would not recommend anyone to go with them..

After posting my negative review, the company contacted me and mentioned the time taken is because of unavailability of certain materials and have promised to complete my painting within a week. I am happy with this update and explained to the representative that they should communicate clearly with their customers. Anyways, the most recent picture of my painting looks beautiful and I’m excited to receive the final product soon.

Beware of this company — they are absolute fraudsters.
After going through several reviews, I realized it’s not just my bad experience ,many others are facing the same issues. Don’t get fooled by the positive reviews on their own website.

They promised to deliver the painting in 45 days, but it’s been over 6 months and we still haven’t received it. They created a complete mess and keep repeating the same robotic lines like, “We believe in quality, you’ll be happy once you receive it,” which never happens.

If this is just a hobby for them, delays and disorganization might be understandable ,but when it’s a business, they should at least have basic ethics and a sense of responsibility.they dont value customers time, money, sentiments .

I genuinely wonder if their owner, Mr. Karthikeyan, is even aware of how his employees are cheating customers.
I truly regret trusting them. i would never recommend them !

Fraud alert – Don’t get trapped by fake promises!
I paid ₹22,000 in August 2024 for a Tanjore Gaja Lakshmi painting, and they promised a full refund if I wasn’t satisfied. The painting they finally showed in August 2025 was full of visible defects, and I clearly rejected it. It’s October 2025 now — still no refund!

When I posted my last review, they replied saying “refund processed” — but that’s a total lie. Nothing has been processed till now. They are just playing in the name of God, fooling innocent customers with religious art and false claims. I’ve attached screenshots of all chats as proof. Be very careful — these people are not trustworthy at all!

Same here. Ordered painting by July 2025. 4 months now and they keep saying that they will deliver in 15 days but doesn't happen at all. Now they say that the refund will happen only in 15 days.

*****Update on Oct 31 2025 - Still waiting on the refund and the 15 days has already passed and is almost over a month and no signs of review at all. This organization does NOT know how to RUN a business. The sales person say that their owner had been on diwali holidays and hence were not able to get their approval - IRRESPONSIBLE and UNETHICAL, DISHONEST.. !! I am almost feeling sour about owning a Tanjore painting - because I got so tired of following it up with these guys.

Total fraud and cheater company we had given order 11 months ago from New Zealand the painting is still not dispatched to us in Ahmedabad and already RS 28000/- payment is done I would recommend every please please do not deal with this fraud and cheater people how in name of his frames cheats and take people money and do not response also . I too believed delays were just my issue, but many others have also faced the same problem with undelivered and delayed orders. Read redit many mention getting refunds after paying the advance

I ordered a painting in June with a promised delivery in August. It’s now late September, and I have neither received the painting nor seen any proof that it even exists. Despite making the full payment upfront, the seller has failed to provide a proper update or timeline.
Every time I ask for an update, I get vague responses with no real information. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I feel completely let down and ignored.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before placing any orders. If you value clear communication, professionalism, and timely delivery, this may not be the right place to shop.

Don't fall for their traps they are fraud and cheaters. Ordered paintings worth 5.5lakhs. Was promised 30days delivery. I understand they may take time but it has been nearly 12 months and still they every other week they increase one or two more weeks. Don't waste money look for other place to order. I am taking them to court for their forgery and misconduct.

Appalling CHEATERS, haven’t delivered for 1 year and constant lies

I've placed an order for 6 paintings on their website on Jan 10, 2024 (worth Rs. 60000). As per their website it takes 5-6 weeks for the paintings to be shipped. It was radio silent for over 6 months and upon repeat followups, they responded back and said the paintings are being worked on. They reached out to me in Jan 2025 stating that I'd need to pay for the shipping costs and I asked them to compensate the shipping costs since they failed to deliver on their promise with the timeline. Since then I've been following up with them every other week. Today when I reached out to them again, they said my order was cancelled since I refused to pay the shipping costs and I'd be refunded only 50% of the amount. There was never a confirmation from my end to cancel the order and no communication on that. Yet, they wanna take away my Rs. 30000 for all the trouble they gave me. This is a fraudulent company and need to be closed down by the Government of India to prevent any future consumers from being scammed by such companies.

They are cheating. afte rpayment they are not delivered , when we asked more they sais they are canceled order . and payment not return. more than 1 year we are fallowing but they are not refund. they are fully trained scam people. be away form this site /ttagallery.in/. no 1 cheaters.

This business suck at customer service and I would not recommend them to anybody.
We ordered a product in August 2024 in T.Nagar branch and paid deposit amount so they can start the work. It was mentioned the product will be ready in 5-6 weeks and periodical update will be sent to the customer. We figured all those commitments were lie and its been six months since the order was placed. We still don't know when this will be ready. Ramesh Kumar from their customer service team promised us delivery dates multiple times and still the item is not ready on their end. After so much frustration our request to cancel the order and refund the amount is also not happening.

This business is seriously horrible and plz don't fall into this business or purchase anything from them .
They have been really bad in providing the services on time.
I've placed the order and its been almost 10 months , still not yet delivered and the quality is also so bad .

We live in USA, and have made an online order for paintings from Tamil Tanjore Art Gallery, and also paid an advance of Rs.28500 on Dec 23rd 2023. When we ordered they promised a delivery date of February 2024. They have been postponing delivery of the order. After more than 6 months, in the 2nd week of June 2024 they sent pictures of very inferior quality art in WhatsApp and two of them are not the ones which we originally ordered. We requested refund of the money. But they have been postponing payment saying that they haven't heard from their team.
This is a company with an intention of swindling customer money. They are fraudsters. Don't place any orders with them
