Received the new Miley Cyrus album after having it pre ordered for months, only to find that the front cover has a big white scratch down the middle of the front cover. We emailed them asking to have the cover (not the vinyl) replaced as we wanted to display it. After waiting weeks to get a call back, they then proceeded to accuse us of cutting the record, then saying they didn't have any copies to replace it with (even though it is on sale still on the website we originally ordered through). Bad quality, bad service. No website to review them on so had to leave it here,if you can, avoid them at all costst

Even though I ordered months ago I understand they must have been swamped at end of last year with demand for ColdPlay merchandise with the concerts. I’m grateful to have received my hoodie and the pre-order of AU concerts pressing of the new album and a couple other things I ordered. Having worked in Operations I know how it can be challenging behind the scenes. Thanks for sorting it all out. I kind of let it go when I would receive so it was a nice surprise when they did arrive. 🙏🏻

The worst. Ordered a shirt 18 November absolutely no responses to email phone or social media comms so had the transaction reversed by the bank early January, and then had the shirt sent out anyway and received it today (over 3 months later). Incompetent even to their own detriment. I thought I was scammed. Don't feel undeserving as I consider the shirt compensation for the hassle. Do not recommend purchasing through these idiots.

Scam website ordered 4 Luke combs shirts haven’t arrived or replied to my emails

Is there any way to get money back or is this site a scam? Bought a Coldplay tshirt in November and haven’t received anything

SCAMMERS!! Uncontactable via any email addresses they provided or their phone number that states the voicemail inbox is full. I’ve searched for their physical address online and so far I have two separate businesses on NSW under different names and a different phone number that has the phone message that it’s the white cockatoo hotel! Had to lodge a request for refund to my financial institute and waiting to see if I’ll get my money back.

Update - Commonwealth Bank have refunded my payment.

What a rip off. Ordered 2 items in November and haven't heard back. Can't get hold of them via email, error message says their mailbox is full. No phone contact available. Cant request my $300 refund. BUYERS BEWARE. Absolutely disgraceful.

One more that these guys have obviously scammed purchased Coldplay merch 17th Nov and heard nothing since, just the email of the order confirmation. Very sad ☹️

Placed an order on 17th Nov apart from an order confirmation email I have received no other communication. I've emailed several times with no replies. Starting to think I've been scammed. Now emails aren't even going through their email inbox is full

It's been 6 weeks no communication no response to emails. Do not use these people

I ordered two clothing items that were Coldplay merchandise. I have not received an update on my order and it's been six weeks with no communication. I cannot email them as I get an error message back saying the email is full. There are many reviews on Reddit from people who have had similar experiences.
