What a terrible Migration

I have raised 2 tickets. They have changed our set up and increased our hosting fee and I cannot run my business without email. Nothing is acceptable and I cannot do anything about it. Ticket ref numbers are TSQ-516-63173 and TSX-698-07860

Tech support is none existent

Tech support is none existent, this company used to be the best in the business with real people on the phone who fixed things quickly, but then clearly went on a cost cutting spree.

They now only offer a pathetic 'live chat' or 'ticket system' which takes them days to respond.

Currently I have a website that is pointing towards some random company that I have nothing to do with (reading up I believe they have been moving servers and it's caused chaos - which simply is not good enough).

Like I say, they have gone from first to worst and you can't even make contact with them! Utter joke setup!

TsoHost do not use them.

Tso host have recently changed their servers and we have had nothing but problems.

Firstly my domain was directing to some random site not mine. My web page developer is adamant Tsohost has been hacked.

since they did the server move and "fixed" the redirect problem we have lost information from our wed site and and it keep going down for days.

The support is useless as they just want to blame other people or things and you can do it via chat. That chat constantly crashed so you have to start again and you get no where. You can only communicate to them via the chat and it is impossible to talk someone.

Avoid and when my site is back up I will be moving my hosting.

No customer service!

Sorry to hear of the issues you have had with getting support. Live chat is available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You can also raise a ticket from your client area at any point. We are experiencing high volumes which does mean there can be a wait, however we will respond to all queries.

300% price increase!

Tsohost have been hosting my email for several years, and I have been quite happy with the service.
Unfortunately, they have now decided to migrate me to another plan that will increase the price for that service by 300%. That is outrageous!
There are many companies out there who can host my email requirements for a similar price to the one I am currently paying, or even less. I will be switching to another host before my contract is due for renewal.

AWFUL - take your business somewhere else

Over a week and ZERO progress, not even an Ack on a L2 escalation support ticket.

They migrate servers, mess up email configurations and then provide no support when it is URGENTLY needed.

No support over weekend, which was needed as they migrated on Friday. Ridiculous.

At time of writing online support is non existent or so it seems, no replies and I need URGENT support.

LOSS OF BUSINESS RESULTED. SERIOUS IMPACT ON MY BUSINESS.

With this lack of planning and care fir customers, go elsewhere, they are not professional enough to keep customers.

I raised this with support and they just send the same cut and paste text:

Like all the recent reviews ... Dire service!

Like all the recent reviews, my email went down, and I have not received a response from opening a ticket. The chat does not work, and there is no phone help. I was stuck in limbo at the busiest time of my company's year.

I just need a recommendation for an alternative service provider, and I am swapping.

Utter sh*te

Utter sh*te. Once again, I have lost all access to emails for over a week. The third time this has happened. They change their name servers and seem to think thre DNS fairies will come to your house to change your settings. The support is shocking - over an hour on live chat and the promise it would be resolved - but alas, 2 days later and still no emails. I am running a business, and at the busiest time of the year I will have lost not just money, but potential returning customers who will think I just havent replied to them. Their online support is shocking-clearly been written by a tech head, and not tested by 'real' people. I genuinely don;t think they care, and I'm amazed they are still in business. I have managed to get all of my fathers products away from this farce of a company, and I'll be moving mine next.

Live Chat versus Support Tickets

Live Chat today was really good. All sorted and resolved in 105 minutes. However, having originally tried Support Tickets, it has taken me over a week to sort this. The agent said she was off for a few days and left me hanging. I went on holiday and could not access Live Chat. Support tickets useless. Spent far too much precious holiday time trying to resolve this and gain access to emails. Had to keep signing into website to see if Suport ticket had been answered. Unacceptable when relying on emails for travel updates etc. Tsohost let themselves down on this occassion - but its the first time in all the years I have been with them, so this is just one experience, and I would still recommend them.

For the third time TSO have changed…

For the third time TSO have changed their servers and all e:meils have stopped. Live chat feature seems disabled. Raised a ticket days ago but no response, cannot access anything, no email, no phone, no live chst, and no response from raising a ticket. The worst customer support I have exoerienced. Moving provider asap.

The consistently worse service i have…

The consistently worse service i have ever experienced
Their email is flaky and they always make up excuses but litteraly every two months it stops workign and i miss emails so if you need a service to rely upon do not use TSOHost - Now they have migrated me and charged me 3 times more for the same bad service and guess what email has stopped working - oh my god what a bunch of muppets

No emails again due to ''update''

this is a REAL review unlike the ones below - mentioning their ''agents'' name in every single review - Obviously, they have had to pay for their reviews!! PERHAPS THEY SHOULD JUST HELP THEIR CLIENTS SO THEY DON THAVE TO PAY FOR REVIEWS!!!!! So more issues, still no one replies, still no fix - no emails since 10/6/24 now its 12/6/24 no reply to help tickets, no advice or help - avoid this company - the earliest i can I'm moving it is beyond unhelpfully to have your emailgo down through their system updates, and it happens every time, and there is never any help

Terrible customer service

1. First attempt at contact via chat yesterday - No response. I waited half an hour and then was logged out by the website. Could not log back in due to technical error on tso website and my chat was stopped due to inactivity.
2. Second attempt at contact by chat later - No response. I waited an hour then gave up and went to do something else. Came back and found the chat had been stopped as I hadn't responded to customer agent who came on the chat after an HOUR AND A HALF!
3. Third attempt at contact via opening a ticket. I'm still waiting for a reply A DAY AND A HALF LATER.

This is not an out of the ordinary experience with TSO host. Occasionally they manage to sort things out quickly but mostly they take ages to reply and are unhelpful often. I cannot move these particular sites for reasons I won't go into but I won't ever use TSO host again for new services. There are much better companies out there for the same price.

Poor support

There appears to be no button for live chat and no other way of contacting support other than by raising a ticket - which I've done and remains unanswered.

TSOhost now have a very poor support…

TSOhost now have a very poor support system when things go wrong. Chat is very slow and when you do get through issues go unfixed. Tickets take days to answer and no fixes when answered. I'm recommending my customers move their accounts to other providers now after being with tsohost and webroute before them for many years.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could! Contacted the company as was receiving no emails after a migration to a different server I had not asked for. I had not been informed email would be affected, but ended up losing emails completely because of TSO Hosts. Contacted support and had to wait ages to be connected to their livechat. No phone number to be found to actually speak to someone. The 'agent' who dealt with my query was fairly agressive and unfriendly. They assume you have lots of technical knowledge and fail to realise that is what they are there for! Was left annoyed and without a decent service, missing emails and no resolution to my problem. The 'agent' terminated the chat even though things were left up in the air. A terribly experience. Go elsewhere!

Used to be good but not anymore, they have no phone lines, live chat doesn't work, and tickets don't get a response, all this from something that is essential to run your business.i will be leaving for sure.
