I will make sure to stock my tank with strictly tsm fish from now on.

I ordered twice - one in early and the other in mid December. I asked for both orders to be shipped together and the earlier order delayed to ship the same time as the latter. No confirmation if my request was possible. Both orders were to be shipped on January 20. I still haven't heard word of shipment by January 27 so I emailed them. Due to several weather related delays, fish didn't go out till February 9. Out of 3 fish I ordered, they couldn't find one of them for some reason. Cost of fish was promptly refunded. Fish came on February 10 (basically 2 months after ordering), fat, healthy, and eating the next day they were in the tank. Overall communication could be better but the quality of fish were excellent.

The true test of a company is how they perform when things go wrong.

I purchased a large Scribbled Angelfish from TSM. Fish arrived fat & healthy. However, for the first few days, she was swimming erratically and wouldn’t eat. I reached out to TSM to try and troubleshoot.

After sending a video and some back and forth communication, we figured out I had a small stray current running through my tank. Not strong enough to shock me, but enough for my multimeter to pick up. I added a ground probe, took out the faulty pump and voila! Scribbled is absolutely crushing everything I throw at her.

They even went as far as responding after hours. Definitely a return customer, thanks again for all your help!

Excellent communication until my flame wrasses was at my doorstep and even after. Winter storms delayed the shipping date and I was notified every step of the way. Fish arrived in a very well packed box, with heat packet at the proper temperature. Very healthy specimen that started eating the day after initial acclamation. A+ service for this one. I found my new favorite online fish seller.

Very healthy and robust animals. After a handful of orders over the last four months every thing has been easily acclimated and healthy with absolutely no issues. I am so happy to have found someone that quarantines properly and expertly so I don't have to. well worth the two hour drive up from Baltimore to pickup curbside.

Placed my first order with TSM for a male blonde Naso and a moorish idol. Order
was delayed due to the tang being not as fat as they like when it was suppose to ship. Was skeptical but received both fish a few weeks later fat, healthy, & disease free. Best packaging I have ever seen on a fish order. Will be ordering a few more fish soon. Love being able to place directly in my tank versus QT. Had very poor survival rates from competitors when qting there cheap fish.

I am excited to receive my 2nd order from TSM and I look forward to exclusively purchasing the rest of my fish from them in the future. So far, my experience with Matt and TSM has been great. It's a great combination of easy online convenience and personable availability by phone, and the fish and their packaging received in my first order were top-notch. TSM is best go to any reefer could hope for.
The livestock is always healthy and vibrant. The workers are intelligent and very very knowledgeable of all the fish and corals invertebrates. If you're looking for a clean quarantined addition to your reef system then tsm is the best place you can go to o find that next piece.

In addition to excellent customer service, the fish I received are amazing. The Lyretail Anthias that I ordered are incredibly vibrant, healthy, and were eating within an hour of their arrival. The pictures online really don’t do them justice. I really can’t recommend TSM enough.
