Great communication, Fish were packed extremely well and arrived as expected in great condition. All eating right away. Will be back as soon as another fish I want becomes available. Got 4 this time.

I don’t trust any other LFS besides TSM for my saltwater needs. Picked up a six line from them and some food recently and it was absolutely seamless. Fish is happy and healthy due to their meticulous QT procedures.

I ONLY get my fish at TSM! Love these guys. They are very knowledgeable and helpful, and always answer all of my questions. They quarantine all of their fish for 30 days so you know you are getting only healthy fish with no ICK and no diseases. I highly recommend them to anyone who is serious about raising healthy saltwater fish.

My fish arrived extraordinarily well packed, 20 pounds of water for 2 fish. They have all arrived extremely healthy. I am very pleased with TSM and would recommend them to anyone who doesn’t have the skill set or knowledge to quarantine their livestock at home.

I pre-ordered two tangs and a wrasse that were still going through QT, and on the day they were scheduled to finish I received a call from TSM saying the gem tang needed to be kept longer because copper levels had fallen below therapeutic levels their first week. But the rep I spoke with was also concerned that the gem I chose was too small to fit well with the larger sailfin I also ordered and suggested I take a larger specimen they had that was ready to go that was closer to the same size so that there would be less chance of aggression/bullying. Very pleased with the care that TSM puts into not only ensuring that you receive quality, healthy fish, but also that those fish will be happy in their new environment and work well with your tank's other inhabitants. All three fish arrived perfectly packaged and in great condition. Fat, happy, and accepting all different kinds of food right out of the box. I will absolutely be giving TSM my business again.

Very happy with my order. Tsm also helped me out while my pre-order was quaratining and allowed me to add another fish that wasn't available when my original order was placed later on with no issues. Fish arrived safely, well packaged, and very healthy.

Awesome packaging of fish and Healthy fish!

Matt and Alicia are very knowledgeable in all aspects of the fish/coral industry. Both came from the Camden Aquarium where they learned everything that is needed to properly care for fish and corals. They are starting there own fish hatchery soon.

TSM Aquatics is the Bomb! The fish I received from TSM were superb healthy specimens. I had the pleasure of talking to a TSM representative on the phone and experienced exemplary customer service. Waiting for the fish to finish quarantine requires some patience but you know what they say,, good things come to those who wait.
