Why TSM? TSM operates the largest aquatic super store in the U.S., with over 10,000 sq. ft of saltwater fish and coral. The facility was built to receive, quarantine, and house the highest quality marine life. Here at TSM we understand that the key to a successful aquarium begins with healthy livestock, and we pride ourselves on one of the most comprehensive quarantines in the industry . Upon arrival at our facility, all newly acquired fish receive a series of dips and baths to reduce their initial parasite loads. Once added to their designated quarantine system, the fish receive their first of three rounds of Praziquantal. Copper is raised to therapeutic level and maintained there for a minimum of 30 days. Daily testing with laboratory grade equipment ensures that a consistent level of copper is maintained. While in quarantine, the fish are conditioned to accept readily available frozen food items. Our invertebrates are maintained in fishless systems to reduce the possibility of parasite transmission. We will not sell any livestock that we know or suspect to be unhealthy. We maintain our systems and ship our livestock at a salinity of 35ppt. Our knowledgeable team has over 20 years of combined experience working in public aquariums alone, and decades as hobbyists.

Absolutely great experience
Two new fish, a powder brown tang and a one-spot rabbitfish. They are absolutely wonderful. The folks at TSM were wonderful, too. First, they held onto the tang for months while I wasn't ready for it. They also took a pre-order for the rabbitfish knowing that they could get one although they didn't have it yet. All the while, communication was excellent.

Awesome Job!
They did great with my order. All 9 of my fish arrived healthy and eating out of the bag. Packaging was excellent, plenty of water and air in the bags, heat packs kept everything warm. Well worth the wait for QTd fish. My only small complaint is it takes about a week for them to respond to emails, but that’s just a small petty complaint. I will definitely order again!

Yellow eye kole tang and six line wrasse both doing well. Ordered end of February and received end of May. Took a long time but delays happen. I will do business again. Hoping to see some pyramid butterflys available at some point.

My first order with TSM went very well
My first order with TSM went very well. Very happy with the fish and coral that received. Emailed a question to customer service and got a reply in minutes. I have tried to quarantine fish myself and found it more work than prefer to do...so its nice to have a site where can purchase fish ready to add to my display tank.

Outstanding service and communications
Outstanding service and communications. I can trust buying fish from them and placing in my tank bypassing the QT process. There is simply no one I would that the risk with other than TSM Aquatics, and they have never let me down. Every fish from them was delivered healthy and doing very well in my tank.

Local pick-up
Local pick-up. Easy as drive thru. Called ahead to ask questions about pickup. They asked what I was looking for and I told them the fish I was after. They asked when I could be there and said 10 minutes to which they said it’d be ready for me just come to the door. COVID precautions still in place. Have had the royal gramma for about two weeks now and it’s nice to be able to add to display because of TSM’s quarantine process!

Everything arrived alive and in great shape
Everything arrived alive and in great condition. I now have a power blue tang with no ich. We all know these tend to be ich magnets. It was well conditioned for aquarium life and has fit into my reef community with no issues.

Really great communication and heathy fish
Really great communication and the fish were packed very professionally. They all arrived healthy but underweight and much smaller than I expected. I have quarantined all of them and they are eating well. Credit to the team at TSM for their qt process and the fact that all the fish are eating before they are sold. I will definitely be purchasing more fish from these guys!

I ordered 6 fish to test out their services. They did not disappoint fish all arrived happy and very healthy looking. I will be ordering all my fish from TSM for now on. Their service is well worth the price.
