Trznstudios Recensioni

Based on other reviews, it seems I wasn’t the only one experiencing a lack of shipping updates. I ordered two sweatshirts and initially only received the order confirmation, followed by automated emails saying my order was being prepared.

I ended up contacting them for an update, but shortly after, my package arrived at my doorstep. Despite the limited communication, the delivery was actually quite fast, about 8 business days, even with public holidays happening here.

As for the items themselves, I was really happy with the quality. The sweatshirts feel very well-made, and the prints are vibrant and look great in person. The fit is perfect and slightly oversized, which I love!

Don’t ever order from here. Im almost positive it’s a scam. It’s been weeks and the ONLY email alert I got about my package was the initial order confirmation. Since then I’ve gotten zero updates. I was ordering them for my husband for our anniversary and it won’t get here in time if even at all. I’ve contacted them several times with no response. I talked to others and they said they never got their money either and had to dispute the charge with their bank. Disgusting and terrible company!!!

Edit: I received the order and in time for christmas & it was as discribed. So my main complaint really is just that I never received shipping advice and didn't think it was coming. Ended up being ok.

I placed an order 16 days ago for my teen for Christmas. The order has not been dispatched and will not arrive in time for Christmas now. I have contacted customer service twice requesting either shipping information or a refund and have been told both times they are about to ship. It is 4 days since they last responded and still it has not been dispatched and no refund. Unless you have months to wait and don’t mind continually following up, avoid this company.

Die gesamte Abwicklung, wenn man nichts behält, ist Chaos pur. Man soll einen Gutschein bekommen... bekommt nichts, das Geld ist weg.

Finger weg!

The items I bought never shipped and they’re not refunding my shipping costs. I understand shipping is a 3rd party but when I wait 4 months and jumping thru loops to get this package?!?!? It’s not worth it. From now on I will be going to other anime shops and hopefully I have a better experience cuz I really enjoy this gear.

Not going to write long paragraphs so if you want an honest and quick review keep reading.

Positives:
- Fabric is durable and not too thin
- Oversized fit (don't get smaller)
- Really good and durable design printing
- Customer support gave me every info whenever I asked (keep reading it's important)

Negatives:
- Slow responses (2-3 days average)
- I didn't get the tracking number (order didn't update so I had to ask via email)
-Note that your courrier may not do home deliveries
- Took a bit longer than expected to arrive

Conclusion:
- I would recommend them, but you have to have a LOT of patience!

I love my clothes from Torazen. All of the items are high quality and very comfy. I ordered express shipping and my items were not sent express. I reached out to customer care and they reimbursed me and kept in communication with me to ensure my order was delivered. It did take about 9 days to get delivered after it shipped, since I am in USA and it shipped from China. But the quality of clothes and customer care made it worth the wait!

Excellent Quality! definitely surpassed my expectations.
Quality material and durable.

definitely buy true to size.

My biggest complaint was the shipping time. I ordered my case on March 7th and didn't receive it till the 21st. Other than that the case itself looks great. Fits snug and looks clean. As for the durability, I dropped it the other day and sine there are some notches on the bottom for aesthetic purposes it already cracked. Still gonna use it though.

I've ordered quite a bit from Torazen now and I'm always happy with the quality!
The t-shirts are a great, washed-out heavy material that is super comfy as an oversized tee. I recently ordered some joggers, which are super comfy! I'm really happy with everything 😁

My order arrived in less than 8 days, and the quality is beautiful. 100% recommended!

Friend bought me a large shirt but was way too big so I bought a small version because of the no refund policy and it was basically the same size. Really cool design on the shirt though.

Great quality

Fast delivery, even to sweden! Great quality on the clothes. im very happy with my order

Shirt unbelievable quality, best shirt ive owned, I messed up the billing address and they instantly corrected it and sent to the write place when i contacted for support. Will be buying from here again.

I wasn’t sure at first, as there are loads of dodgy sites claiming to be the best, but providing sub par items that are not authentic.

My item arrive fast within 8 days, solid authentic colour throughout the T-shirt and the design anime print is really good, it’s really heavy duty cotton like it use to be back in the 90s a moth will have a tough time getting through it.

Overall I’d give it a 9/10 only because I ordered XL and the sleeves are slightly bigger than anticipated but that’s due to not have tight stretch cotton to wrap around the biceps.

The quality is incredible. I have brought anime tops from other places and they always seem to have no love put into them. But this company is by far the best! I love how amazing the quality is, how fast delivery was and the website is brilliant for quick searches. It's gives me everything I need.
