Having tried various men’s supplements over the years, I was specifically looking for a natural boost rather than synthetic testosterone mostly because I know that once you go down the injection route, your body can stop producing its own. On top of that, being recently diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and starting medication, I wanted something that would safely complement my health journey rather than clash with it.

Great product. Ive used others in the past but really saw a difference in all areas when I switched to Zapply

Very disappointing experience – poor communication and missed promises

I placed an order on 12 September and, after a full week, it still had not been dispatched.

I contacted customer service several times. On 15 September I was told that my tracking details would arrive “very soon,” but they never did. I was then told that my order was “currently being processed,” again without any clear indication of when it would actually be dispatched.

Eventually, on 18 September, I was told that the delay was because their Informed Sport-certified stock had run out due to high demand, and that my order would instead be sent from a Eurofins-tested batch that was not Informed Sport certified.

I was then explicitly told: “Your order will be shipped today.” It still wasn't dispatched.

At that point I no longer had confidence in the information I was being given, so I cancelled the order and requested a full refund. I also cancelled the subscription.

I also noticed that Zapply appears to have multiple Trustpilot profiles, including a newer profile created in May 2026. This makes me question whether reviews and negative feedback are being split between different profiles.

I also saw information relating to their invite-only Facebook group that people were being given incentives for positive reviews.

Overall, I'd recommend doing your own research before buying from them. They wasted my time and I don't trust them at all.

Just started T1 one week ago and can already feel a difference

I am going to leave a review because apart from being very professional in customer handling when wanted cancel my account just because I cancelled everything with many suppliers as we sometimes get into. Saying that I will be renewing my membership. I feel that zapply T1 is the first time I have felt ANYTHING made a difference I could actually feel. I have not lost my stomach or man tits yet, but only 3 weeks in. But my energy is worth every penny. Could be just me, but thats my experience and I never feel a difference unless its unmentionable and in the past.

Requested to return my product, along with my friend — two different orders and both has been blanked and no response for over 2 days. Scum scamming company.
